Terms & Conditions

In order to maintain our park the following rules will be enforced. 

• No tent camping
• All guests and visitors use this facility at their own risk and liability
• Only 2 vehicles allowed per RV site
• Excessive noise, nuisance, public intoxication, illegal drug use (sale or exchange), nudity, foul or offensive language, explosives, fireworks, and firearms are not permitted at anytime. 
• Children must be accompanied by an adult. Parents are responsible for their children's safety and behavior and are reliable for their actions. Children and teenagers should be at your site during quiet hours.
• Quiet hours are from 10 PM - 7 AM
• Pets may not be left unattended outside at any time and must be leashed at all times. Owners are responsible for picking up their pet(s) waste. Noisy or aggressive pets will not be permitted to remain on property. 
• The speed limit is 5 miles per hour and is strictly enforced.
• Washing or repairing vehicles or campers on the property is not permitted.
• Park only on gravel in your lot. Each lot has enough parking for 1 or 2 vehicles.
• Sites must be kepy neat and clean at all times. 
• Tossing cigar or cigarette butts on the ground is not permitted.
• Fires are allowed in your RV site using permitted fire rings only. Fire rings are not to be moved, and no fires can be left unattended. Extinguish all fires before retiring for the night or leaving the area. 
• Loss or damage: Town of Church Point's RV Park is NOT responsible for accidents, injuries, or losses from and cause. This facility is to be used at your own risk.
