• The SPEED LIMIT IS 5 MPH AT ALL TIMES.

• Wi-Fi is provided for park guests for email and browsing ONLY. It is NOT for downloading or streaming.
FACILITY
• Park restrooms and showers are available for park resident(s) and their guests only.
• Bathrooms are on a septic system. Only human waste, toilet paper, and septic system treats (enzymes)
• Never paper towels, grease, coffee grounds, sand, pet and human hair, tampons, sanitary napkins, dental floss, food, condoms, toys, bottle caps, paint, corrosive chemicals, or cleaning chemicals ((e.g. bleach, cleaners, laundry detergents)
• Coin Operated Laundry facilities are available on site for our park resident(s) and their guests only. Please do not leave items in the washer and dryer unattended. Please keep laundry facilities clean and orderly.
GUEST(S) CONDUCT
• Guest(s) are responsible for the behavior of their guest(s). Alcoholic beverages must REMAIN ON YOUR SITE.
• Illicit drug use, drunkenness and disorderly conduct are prohibited. VIOLATORS WILL BE EVICTED IMMEDIATELY.
• Fireworks, firearms, and other weapons are prohibited.
• Smoking is permitted at YOUR SITE ONLY, and you are responsible for proper disposal of the cigarette butts.
• If the conduct of guest(s) constitute a substantial annoyance to other guest(s), guest(s) can be evicted from the park.
• Parents are responsible for the behavior and safety of their children. Adult supervision is required at all times and in all locations in the park.
• Mt Baker RV Park is not responsible for the loss and damage of your belongings and RV. Insurance recommended.
BURNING
• No fire pit is allowed on individual sites per county zoning code.
• Guest(s) must check for burn bans and adhere to the standards of burning set forth here and by local and state authorities.
• The acceptable fuel for burning is DRY, SEASONED WOOD. NO PALLET BURNING IS ALLOWED.
PARKIING
• Each site is limited to one (1) RV and one (1) vehicle.
• Two (2) vehicles per site max.
• NO PARKING allowed on the grass/landscaping.
• NO PARKING is allowed in the common area, empty lots, or street (must be clear for emergency use).
• NO TENT is allowed in the RV sites.
SITE REQUIREMENT
• SITES ARE TO BE KEPT CLEAN AND CLEAR, or there will be service charges by the cleaning service.
• No open storage containers. (Plastic storage containers are permitted under your rig, if kept orderly.)
• No food material is to be stored or dumped outside your RV at any time.
• No mechanical work to be done on your vehicle in the park. No oil changing or spray painting. Vehicles with oil leaks must be repaired before entering the park. Guest(s) must immediately clean up oil spills or leaks.
• Trash must be bagged and tied and disposed of in garbage dumps around the park. No appliances, TV’s or furniture can be disposed of in the park garbage. Please collapse all boxes.
• NO hazardous waste or chemicals is permitted in the Park.
• NO LOITERING IN OR AROUND THE PARK OR ANY OF ITS BUILDINGS.
PET
• Pets are not allowed in any building at this time.
• Maximum of 2 pets per site.
• Dangerous dog breeds are prohibited. (no Pitbull or Rottweiler)
• Pets must be kept on a leash at all times outside your RV.
• You must SCOOP ALL POOP and dispose of it properly. Do not allow your pet to relieve themselves in your neighbors site.
• Do not allow any excessive barking or noise.
