Cancellation Policy

1)   All cancelations done before or 7 or more days prior to arrival will be assessed a $20 fee.

2)   All cancelations that occur within 7 days prior to your arrival are charged %50 of their current reservation.  If the cancelation is for a one-night stay you will be billed the one night.
