Refund Policy

Refunds:
Site rentals canceled before two weeks prior to reservation date are subject to a $20 cancellation fee and the rest of your deposit will be refunded.
Less than two weeks notice will result in forfeiture of your payment. No refunds for Holidays.Cabins, and Rental Units canceled before 14 days are subject to a $20 cancellation fee  and the rest of your deposit will be refunded. Less than 14 days will result in forfeiture of your deposit. 
No refunds for Holidays. If you are asked to leave by managment there is no refund for your remaining nights of reservation.
