Check-out is at 11:00am. Please respect this time so that we are able to accommodate our incoming guests.

Check-in is at 1:00pm for RV sites and 4:00pm for park models (tiny homes).

Park models/cabins/cottages are privately owned and have unique House Rules. Prior to check-in to these units, your acceptance of the House Rules will be required, in addition to these resort rules.

Please Note: RV’s must be leveled and supported with the proper equipment and with pads under every jack.

GUEST POLICY

Guests must check-in before entry.
Guests are not allowed inside the Owner’s Clubhouse, with the exception of the showered restrooms and laundry room. Guests breaching the restricted areas of the Clubhouse will be asked to leave the resort immediately with no refund of rental fees.
Clubhouse Facility: Guests are welcome to use the pool, hot tub, patio areas, showers, laundry room & pickle ball courts.
Six people maximum regardless of age and 2 pet maximum allowed per site. Please see additional pet information in Pet Policy. Note: Each Cottage has its own rules and may limit people and pets beyond this policy.
Day visitors are welcome at your site between the hours of 10am and 11pm, but they must first register at the office. All visitors are required to leave by 11pm.
Parking permits are issued at check-in and must be displayed at all times.
Wireless internet is available and is included in the site price. Guests shall ensure that no lewd, vulgar, or offensive material is visible and does not cause disturbance to other guests.

PET POLICY

Up to two (2) pet dogs are allowed per RV site. Some cottages do NOT allow any pets. Please read all info for cottages before booking or call the office for clarification.
$20 MINIMUM cancellation fee, so please make sure you understand ALL rules for pets BEFORE BOOKING.
Naches RV Resort does not accept the following dog breeds: Pit Bull, Staffordshire Terrier, American Bully, Rottweiler, German Shepherd, Chow Chow, Doberman Pinscher, Akita, Siberian Husky, Wolf hybrid, Alaskan Malamute, and Mastiff.
Please do not leave your pets unattended.
Please escort your dog on a leash to the Dog Park for his “chores” and place bagged waste in proper receptacles provided.
All pet waste is to be cleaned up as soon as deposited, including at the RV site. Pet waste left at the RV site upon departure will result in additional fees.
All pets must be kept on leashes when outside their owner’s RV. Do not leave a tethered dog unattended at any time.
Service pets per the ADA guidelines are welcome, however, these animals may not exhibit aggressive behavior. Emotional support animals are not recognized by the ADA as service animals.
Pets are not allowed in the office, laundry room, restrooms, clubhouse patio areas, pool deck, or pickle ball courts.
We reserve the right to exclude pets from the RV Resort if we deem the pet to be a problem. Aggressive or barking dogs will not be allowed to remain at the Resort.
The pet owner is solely responsible for any damage done to persons or property by their pet.
Some rental lots are “pet friendly” while others are not. Please review the site descriptions as to their specific requirements, if applicable.

SITE RULES

Observe and obey all posted signs throughout the resort and adjacent property.
Please respect guest’s privacy by not walking through others’ sites.
Please keep sites neat and clean.
All waste disposal hookups must be sealed with all hoses and connections free of leaks.
Charcoal grills, fire pits, deep fryers, and tiki torches are not allowed. Propane grills & fire tables are allowed.
Tents, blowup mattresses, sleeping bags and cots outside of the RV are prohibited.
Personal Hot Tubs, Jacuzzis and inflatable pools are prohibited.
The use of any paint product is prohibited.
No rugs, garments or other objects shall be hung from the windows or decks or doors of the RV or otherwise displayed in public view.
Only customary outdoor patio/lawn furniture and accessories may be left outside.
No indoor furniture for outdoor use.
Tools, toys, and other such items must be stored within the RV.
Larger outdoor recreational items, including but not limited to: kayaks, paddleboards, coolers, boating/fishing equipment, must be organized and neatly stored beneath the RV with every attempt to conceal these stored items and maintain site aesthetic.
A maximum of 4 bicycles may be stored neatly on the site.
Storage for boats, boat trailers, cargo & utility trailers, etc. is available for a fee in the storage lot.
Please close awnings, canopies and umbrellas when RV is unattended. Strong winds can cause serious damage or loss of property.

TRASH

Help maintain a clean and tidy Resort by not littering. This includes cigarette butts, which must be extinguished and disposed of properly.
Do not throw personal garbage in restrooms, laundry, clubhouse or other building trashcans.
Place all site trash in sealed or tightly tied-off plastic bags before depositing in Resort trash bins.
Large outdoor trashcans are not allowed on your site.
Storing of trash/garbage in vehicles, especially pickup trucks, is not allowed.

RV & VEHICLE POLICY

Only one (1) Recreational Vehicle shall occupy a lot at any given time.
All recreational vehicles must be currently registered and maintained in good condition and in running order.
Naches RV Resort must approve any RV older than 15 years prior to making reservations. Please call our office and be prepared to share pictures.
No RV deemed to be in “poor” condition (e.g., broken or cracked windows, flat tires, rusted, badly dented, or in need of paint) will be allowed in the RV Resort.
Approved recreational vehicles include: Class A, B, and C Motorhomes, fifth wheels, hard sided travel trailers, and toy haulers. All RVs must be at least 22 feet in living area length and must be self-contained with bathing, toilet, & kitchen facilities.
All RV’s must be leveled and supported with the proper equipment and with pads under every jack.
Speed Limit - 10 miles per hour.
Management is not responsible for damage, injury, or loss to either person or property. The owner/management of Naches RV Resort absolve themselves from all liability and responsibility pertaining to loss by fire, theft, weather, acts of God, property damage, accident or any other cause whatsoever, and guest agrees to save, protect and hold harmless Naches RV Resort, LLC and Naches RV Properties, LLC and Naches RV Resort Condominium Owners Association from all such liability.
Vehicles and RV’s must park in designated parking areas.
No overnight parking at clubhouse, playground, dog park or office.
No street parking, and any vehicle (including but not limited to: cars, golf carts, watercraft, etc.) parked illegally is subject to being towed at owner’s expense.
A maximum of FOUR (4) vehicles, other than the RV, allowed per site; this includes, but is not limited to, golf carts, motorcycles, ATV’s, and automobiles. No vehicle(s) may infringe on adjacent sites.
Parking permits are issued at check-in (all RV’s and vehicles must have permits visibly displayed at all times).
Personal golf carts: You must register your golf cart upon check in and proof of insurance is required.
Golf carts are allowed to be operated only by licensed drivers and all passengers must be safely seated at all times.
RV’s, automobiles and motorcycles must be currently registered, in good running order and operated by a licensed driver.
All ATV’s must be street legal to operate within the Resort.
Storage is available for a fee in our storage lot.
The Storage area is a restricted area. Authorized entry only. Do not walk pets, ride bikes or drive any vehicle into the storage area without authorization.

POOL & HOT TUB

Use pool or hot tub at your own risk. No lifeguard on duty.
No Glass or breakable containers allowed on patios or on the pool deck.
Food & beverages in non-breakable containers allowed. Clean up after yourselves.
No children under age 16 on patios or in pool area without adult supervision.
No running on pool deck or diving into pool/hot tub.
Appropriate pool attire required; no thongs, see-through or provocative attire allowed. This is a family-friendly facility.
All individuals must be completely potty-trained & no longer need diapers to use pool or hot tub.
Children under 10 years old are not allowed in hot tub.
No animals allowed in pool or patio areas.
Pick up after yourselves; dispose of trash, return patio/pool furniture to its proper space.

LAUNDRY ROOM

Open 24/7
Please limit the number of machines used per visit so some machines are available for others.
Only use machines designated for any animal bedding.
Remove excess soil/animal hair prior to using machine.
Empty lint tray after each use.
Leave washing machine doors open when not in use
Don’t overload machines.
Remove items promptly when cycle is completed.
Machines take quarters; you may obtain quarters from the office staff between 10am-6pm.

CUSTOMER/GUEST RESPONSIBILITY

Any customer or guest destroying/damaging park or other customer’s property will be required to make restitution.
If your RV has an electrical problem which creates a problem with the Resort’s electrical system and a certified electrician has to be called, you will be responsible for the cost of the electrician’s service call and damages.
The Resort shall provide utility hook-ups at the site for sewer, water and electrical service. Guests shall not make any alteration to the electric, water or sewer connections provided by the Resort.
The Resort’s responsibility shall extend only to the point of connection and the Resort shall not have any responsibility for the condition or functioning of any pipes, conduits or wires from such point of connection to the guest’s RV. Wastewater must be disposed of properly; no dumping on the ground. Please use appropriate dump stations or sewer connection.
The Resort reserves the right to disconnect utilities in order that repair, alterations or additions may be made. Guests will be notified, when possible, of any planned utility system shutdown.
The Resort shall not be responsible for any loss suffered by any guest from planned or emergency shutdowns.

CHILDREN

Parents are responsible for the whereabouts, safety, and conduct of their children at all times.
Please be aware of vehicles entering & leaving the Resort and watch your children on bikes.

CODE OF CONDUCT & POLICIES

Smoking permitted at individual sites only.
No smoking/vaping in any common areas including but not limited to restrooms, laundry room, pool area, sports courts, outside sitting areas and green spaces.
Unreasonably loud and disturbing noise within the RV Resort is prohibited at all times.
All guests should be courteous to other guests; ensuring noise levels are acceptable even during the day. Loud music is not permitted at any time. RV owners shall be responsible for the conduct of their family members, guests and/or visitors while at the RV Resort. RV owners, their family members, guests or visitors who create a disturbance or behave in a manner that constitutes a threat or substantial nuisance to other RV Resort guests will not be allowed to remain on the property.
Quiet Time is 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
Any vehicles with louder than normal exhaust may not be operated inside the RV Resort during the Quiet Time, between 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
Generators may not be used in the RV Resort unless in the event of an emergency and approved by management.
Please do not flush anything in toilets other than toilet paper.
Please do not clean fish outside at your RV Site.
Please do not put or leave dead fish/game/bird or bait unattended.
No soliciting, peddling, loitering, or trespassing allowed in the Resort.
No criminal or drug related activity in or near the Resort will be tolerated.
No smoking of marijuana at the Resort.

FIRE SAFETY & HAZARDOUS MATERIALS

Fire safety is of the utmost importance at the RV Resort. No campfires are allowed in the Resort. A fire extinguisher must be available in the RV.
Allowed: LP Gas for BBQ’s, fire pits, or heaters. Open flame equipment is PROHIBITED.

No hazardous materials may be used or stored at the Resort.

FIREWORKS, FIREARMS & Drones

The use of firearms of any kind is prohibited in the Resort. The use of bow & arrows, slingshots, and air guns is prohibited.
Fireworks of any kind are PROHIBITED.
All weapons shall be kept in compliance with all applicable state and federal laws.
Arial drones are not permitted.

DAMAGES

The Guest is responsible for all damage or destruction of property, and any injury to persons, caused by the guest or his or her family, visitor or pets.
The Resort reserves the right to charge guests accordingly for any damage they cause to the grounds and/or Resort facilities, including but not limited to broken waterlines, damaged/missing sewer connections, cable lines, landscaping, and debris (bottle caps, zip ties, cigarette butts, pet waste, etc.)

NACHES RV RESORT’S FINAL SAY

Naches RV Resort retains the right to alter and modify any of the Rules and Regulations in keeping with the fairness and best interest of all participants.
Management’s decisions in all disputes are deemed final.
Violation of these rules and regulations that result in damage or destruction to Naches RV Resort property or threaten the safety of resort guests will result in the termination of your stay and additional charges.
Resort management reserves all rights to terminate guests’ stay, without refund, for violating any rules stated in these Terms & Conditions.

Refund Policy

Naches RV Resort, Naches, Washington
