Cancellation Policy

Our cancellation policy is 4 days prior to your reservation date of arrival for campsites.

If you cancel 4 days or more prior to your reservation date of arrival you will be charged a $8 administration fee. If you cancel within the 4 days prior to your reservation date of arrival you will be charged for one nights fee. Any changes to dates or site type less than 14 days prior to arrival will result in a $4 service fee

If you fail to cancel you will be charged the full amount.

$51 deposit is charge at time of booking, balance is payable upon arrival. We accept Interac, Cash, Visa, Mastercard. We do not accept any cheques. Rates and policies are subject to change.

Campsites - check-in time is after 12:00pm. Check-out time is 11:00am. Earlier check-ins or later check-outs are often possible, depending on availability. Contact us by email or call 204-738-4653 Extra charges will apply.

We will hold your site till 9 PM on the date of your reservation arrival. If you will be arriving later than 9 PM you must inform us of your new arrival time so that site can be held for the remainder of your reservation.

Minimum 2 night stay. One night stays may be possible depending on availability, but reservations will not be taken for one night stays. Contact us for more details.

We will attempt to honor your reservation for a specific site, but there may be times that this is not possible. Should a site change be necessary you will be placed in an equivalent site. Whenever possible we will attempt to notify you of the change prior to your arrival.
