Refund Policy

Reservations require payment in full at time of reservation. Cancelations at least two (2) days* prior to arrival will be refunded as camp credits. Camping is an outdoor experience. Therefore, we do not give refunds for inclement weather or early departures.

Emergency Closures: In the event of an emergency closure, the New Mannford Ramp team or facility manager will attempt to notify you using the contact information within your New Mannford Ramp reservation customer profile. At that time, a refund will be in the form of camp credits. if customer wants there money back the manager will be contacted to issue the refund after review. The refund will made to the orignal card that the reservation was made on. This could take a few days for the refund to show up in your account.
