Golf Cart Rules

The operator must have a valid driver's license.
Driving while intoxicated is not permitted.
There is no driving of golf carts after quiet hours.
Persons between the ages of 12 and 16 must have a golf cart safety education certificate to operate a golf cart.
Golf carts can be used by people with physical disabilities, with the manager's discretion and a permit if necessary.
Violation of any of these rules’ subjects all the users of the registered cart to lose their golf cart privileges without refund and the golf cart will need to remain parked for the remainder of the stay.

Pets

Good behavior is required. Dogs of any breed that are hostile or aggressive will be asked to leave the campground, along with their owners.

Bring the leash. Dogs must be kept on leashes no longer than 6 feet when outside their owners' vehicles or rental units. Do not leave a tethered dog unattended. Persons bringing or allowing pets in designated public use areas shall be responsible for proper removal and disposal of any waste produced by these animals

Remember manners. Constant barking bothers other campers. If your pet is too vocal, you will need to find other accommodations.

Vehicles

New Mannford Ramp is a Golf Cart only park. All-terrain vehicles (ATVs), also known as a quads (cycle), three-wheelers, four-tracks, four-wheelers, or side by sides are prohibited.

Campers

All campers age 62 and older will receive a $5.00 per night discount on the camping fee.

All veterans who present their veterans ID card will receive a $5.00 per night discount on the camping fee.

Camper with Golden Access card will receive $5.00 per night discount on the camping fee.

Campsites

A maximum of 8 persons per site or 2 vehicles must be adhered to. Two families sharing the same RV or tent will not be charged separately.

One RV and one tent allowed per RV site. If the tent has an air conditioner or connected to electric there will be an extra charge.

Tent sites are allowed 2 tent’s per site.

Quiet time is 10:00 pm and strictly enforced.

Reservations

A camper can reserve a site for a maximum of 2 weeks. Reservations are available for 3 months at a time. 1st day of beginning month until last day of 3rd month. Off Season reservations can be extended up to 30 days from November 1st until the last day of February. Check-in and check-out times are at 4:00 pm
