ALL PAYMENTS ARE DUE 2 WEEKS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL - YOU WILL RECEIVE AN EMAIL NOTIFICATION LETTING YOU KNOW WHEN YOUR PAYMENT WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY PULLED

ANY DAMAGES DONE TO THE RENTAL PROPERTY (CABINS, HOUSES, FACILITIES) OR PROPERTIES GROUNDS WILL BE SUBJECT TO THE GUEST TO BE CHARGED THE COST OF REPAIRS

We do not offer refunds at this time. We can offer a credit for a different date upon management discretion . No call/no shows will not receive a credit. We are a small establishment to where we cannot offer refunds, please be sure before you confirm payment/reservation. All cacellations require 72 hour notice for management approval of camp credit.

PARTICIPANT RELEASE OF LIABILITY

In consideration of being allowed to participate in any way in the program, related events and activities, I the undersigned, acknowledge, appreciate and agree that:

1. The risk of injury from the activities involved in this program is significant, including the potential for paralysis and death, and while particular rules, equipment, and personal discipline may reduce this risk, the risk of serious injury does exist and,

2. I KNOWINGLY AND FREELY ASSUME ALL SUCH RISKS, both known and unknown. EVEN IF ARISING FROM THE NEGLIGENCE OF THE RELEASES or others, and assume full responsibility for my participation; and,

3. I willing agree to comply with the stated and customary terms and conditions for participation. If however I observe any unusual significant hazard during my presence or participation, I will remove myself from participation and bring such to the attention of the nearest official immediately and,

4. I, for myself and on behalf of my heirs, assigns, personal representatives and next of kin, HEREBY RELEASE, INDEMNIFY, AND HOLD HARMLESS THE NIAGARA SHORES CAMPGROUND AND CONFERENCE CENTER LLC , their officers, officials, agents and/or employees, other participants, sponsoring agencies, sponsors, advertisers, and, if applicable, owners and lessors of the premises used to conduct the event (RELEASES), WITH RESPECT TO ANY AND ALL INJURY, DISABLITY, DEATH, or loss or damage to person or property, WHETHER ARISIING FROM THE NEGLIGENCE OF THE RELEASES OR OTHERWISE, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

I HAVE READ THIS RELEASE OF LIABILITY AND ASSUMPTION OF RISK AGREEMENT, FULLY UNDERSTAND ITS TERMS, UNDERSTAND THAT I HAVE GIVEN UP SUBSTANTIAL RIGHTS BY SIGNING IT, AND SIGN IT FREELY AND VOLUNTARILY WITHOUT AY INDUCEMENT.

Pets

Pets must be on a leash at all times & kept under your control
When on your site your pet needs to be kept restrained either on a leash or tie out
All pet feces must be picked up and discarded
No pets are to left outside all night
No pets to be left outside while you leave the grounds

USE OF MINI GOLF

All parents are responsible for their kids. If your child uses mini golf and damages any of the foundation or equipment you will be held respoonsible for all repairs and any replacements of equipment. This includes throwing rocks in the water, messing with the water fall, bending the clubs, tearing up the felt on the the course. and any other damage that may happen There is a $20.00 deposit to utilize mini golf with a separte waiver to filled out. All deposits will be returned once all the equipment has been returned and our staff has inspected mini golf.

Children under the age of 16 MUST be accompanied by an adult when at the mini golf and gym.

This is to certify that I, as parent/guardian with legal responsibility for this participant, do consent and agree to his/her release as provided above of all the Releases, and, for myself, my heirs, assigns, and next of kin, I release and agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Releases from any and all liability incidents to my minor child’s involvement or participation in these programs as provided above, EVEN IF ARISING FROM THE NEGLIGENCE TO THE RELEASES, to the fullest extent permitted by the law.

USE OF OUR SWIMMING FACILITIES

The Swimming Facilities at: Niagara Shores Campground & Conference Center

There is no supervised lifeguard or other responsible person. In place of on-site supervision, this facility has established a series of safeguards to be followed by all guests.

We are required to notify you of these rules, to ensure that water rescue equipment is at the pool or beachside and that the swimming area is maintained in sanitary manner. In the interest of your safety we require that you follow these rules.

Please read all the safety rules located at the entrance of the pool and on this page:

1. Never swim alone: a minimum of two adults 18 years of age or older must be present whenever swimming facility is in use, with at least one adult on the pool deck or beachside.

2. There is no substitute for adequate supervision: children under 16 years of age must be accompanied to the swimming facility by a parent or guardian, or similar adult responsible for their safety and behavior.

3. IN AN EMERGENCY, NOTIFY THE FACILITY OPERATOR AND CONTACT HELP IMMEDIATELY: A free telephone is provided at this facility. Telephone numbers for the nearest emergency medical service are posted.

4. Only use this facility during posted hours of operation and swim only in the designated area.

5. Don’t drink alcohol and swim

Injuries can be prevented and safety is everyone’s responsibility. If you notice any problems with the water quality or the absence of safety equipment, please notify.
