Nine Mile Ranch
GENERAL INFO

Mile marker 24 on Nine Mile Canyon road from the Wellington Chevron gas station. The road is paved the entire way. If traveling from Myton, approx. 5 miles is dirt road but passable.

For current weather, search for “East Carbon/Sunnyside Utah”.

No Service (car or cell) through the whole 50 miles of the canyon. Please bring all you need & a full tank of gas. Wifi and telephone are only available for check-in at the main house.
GENERAL NINE MILE RANCH RULES

Please check-in at the office Check-in after 1:00 pm. Check-out is 12:00 pm.

Potable Spring water is available for fill-up & RV Dump is available, but there are no RV Hook Ups available.

Please read & accept the terms & conditions before checking in the office. The link to sign is provided in your confirmation email.

Campers must pay for extra vehicles - Campsites prices include one vehicle. $5 a day for each additional vehicle (including any overnight visitors). Additional vehicles also need to park up in the general parking.

Pack OUT what you pack IN. This includes rocks, firewood, garbage, and cigarette butts. Please take your garbage with you.

Please do not climb on fences.

Please do not leave gates open.

While ATVs are allowed in the canyon, we do not allow riding on our property. ATV trailers to be parked up by the house.

There will be a charge for any damages left.

Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 7 am. No Generators during this time!

Haul in and Haul out your own garbage, please!

Leave things the way they were & clean up after yourself.

No ATVs in campgrounds or anywhere on our property through the gates.

Please help us keep our grass and trees healthy. NO chopping trees, logs, or tree stumps. No hot coals outside of the fire pit or on our grass & picnic tables.

Please control your dogs. Keep them on a leash at all times, no digging, & clean up after them.

Parents please watch your children in the playground area. Any damages made around the bathrooms & playground area & garbage not picked up, you will be charged a fee.
CABIN RULES

These are just furnished & no-bedding cabins. Please bring your own bedding, camp gears & all that you will need (Travelers out of Staters (only), need bedding? Available for $10/bed/stay, but availability is limited - please note under “Special Needs or Requests” in your registration if you would like bedding, breakfast or tour guided upon weeks ahead of reservation.

Pets are allowed, but please keep on leash, clean up after & no pets on our bedding. No Pets allowed on bed. (add $3/pet/night).

Each cabin is equipped with solar lights but no electricity.

Our cabin bathrooms & drinking spring water are approximately 25 feet away from cabins. No bathroom, dishware, or water in our cabins.

Please clean up after yourself & leave things the way they were. Pick up all your garbage around your cabin & playground area & take with you. There will be a charge if not cleaned up after & any damages made.
BED AND BREAKFAST RULES

Breakfast included (please note in registration if you would like breakfast).

Please be conservative with your power use (no large power drawing devices).

Our Common room is for Bed & Breakfast guests only.

We ask that there be no pets, coolers, food, open containers, or drinks in our rooms.

Our shared kitchen area is available for your food and coolers. It is furnished with a stove, oven, sink, fridge, and some basic cookware.

We run on solar power here at the ranch, so we cannot guarantee power for minor appliances or heavy electronics. Please be conservative with your power use. We also have a generator for backup, however it does NOT run during the nighttime hours of 10pm-7am. Contact us before booking if you have questions regarding electronic devices such as CPAP machines.

Wifi is included in your Bed & Breakfast stay (although we cannot guarantee signal strength or connection speeds).
OTHER RULES:

Please park your horse trailer & any other large tow-trailers in the general parking by our corral.

Horse corral rental fee $5 a horse per day. Please bring your own Hay.

Firewood for sale $10 bundle or you may bring your own.

For current fire restrictions, please check https://utahfireinfo.gov/fire-restrictions/. It is possible that fires are not allowed. If there are no restrictions, small fires are allowed inside fire rings only & please put them out with a bucket of water.

Hot Shower $3 each person, each time.
