Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy – Nitehawk Campground

All cancellations must be made directly with a Nitehawk employee. Do not cancel via email or voicemail.

Fees & Refunds:

• A $10 cancellation fee applies to all bookings. The $10 reservation fee is non-refundable.

• Refunds on camping fees are based on notice given before 12:00 PM on your scheduled arrival day:

  • 72+ hours: Full camping fee refunded.

  • 48–71 hours: One night’s camping fee forfeited.

  • 24–47 hours: Two nights’ camping fees forfeited.

  • Less than 24 hours: No refund.

There are no additional cancellation penalties.

Refunds are processed to the original payment card within five business days.

Please Note: No refunds will be issued outside the above terms for reasons including weather, site conditions, air/water quality, wildlife, insects, fire/liquor bans, vehicle issues, navigation errors, construction, or evictions. These are beyond Nitehawk's control.
