Refund Policy

Camping fee refunds are based on the amount of notice given prior to 12:00 PM on your scheduled arrival date:

• 72+ hours: Full camping fees refunded (minus non-refundable $10 reservation fee and $10 cancellation fee).

• 48–71 hours: One night’s camping fee forfeited.

• 24–47 hours: Two nights’ camping fees forfeited.

• Less than 24 hours: No refund.

Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:

• Cancellation not made directly through a Nitehawk employee (emails/voicemails are not accepted).

• Departures due to inclement weather, site/ground conditions, wildlife or pests, air/water quality (unless AQI ≥ 9), fire or liquor bans, personal or vehicle issues, road closures, or evictions.

• Eviction or removal from site due to violation of campground rules or disrespectful behavior.

• Failure to comply with check-in/check-out times or campsite conduct policies.

Additional Notes:

• Final refunds are calculated after the power meter reading and site inspection upon departure.

• If Nitehawk staff are required to clean the campsite after your stay, a cleaning surcharge of $75–$150 will be applied, deducted from the refund.
