Cancellation Policy

Please notice as our cancellation policies have changed.

A full refund will be returned if cancellations occur up to 5 days prior to arrival. 

Otherwise, in order to cover our costs, the following policies apply:

• Cancellations within 48 hours prior to arrival will automtically charge a refund fee of $35.
• Cancellations within 2 to 4 days prior to arrival will automtically charge a refund fee of $25.
