Terms & Conditions:

North Shore Landing RV 

  • Owners/Manager reserves the right to refuse service to any camper at any time.
  • This property is privately owned & no camper is a resident, meaning this is not a place of permanent residency. You can be asked to leave at any time for any reason.
  • Monthly reservations are due on the 1st of every month with a late fee of $50 will be applied after the 10th. If payment is not received by the 18th you will be asked to leave immediately. YOU ARE NOT PERMANENT RESIDENT AND WE DO NOT REQUIRE AN EVICTION PROCESS.
  • Please remember the Golden Rule, treat others as you would like to be treated.
  • Speed limit within the park is 5 mph.
  • Quite time is from 10:00pm to 6:00am.
  • The exteriors of all RV’s shall be kept clean and neat. If you need your RV power washed, please see note below.
  • Please keep your campsite clean. Cigarette butts are litter; dispose of them appropriately.
  • Do not park on the grass. Help keep the park beautiful.
  • No clotheslines permitted.
  • No camper is permitted to cut/trim trees AT ANY TIME. If you have a concern about a tree contact management.
  • If there is need for tree care or any other park maintenance that needs to be done for safety you will be REQUIRED to temporarily move your camper/vehicles to a safe area (temporary lot) for our maintenance to be done safely and in a timely manner. 
  • Do not park in "empty" lots as we may have campers arriving at any time.
  • Car/RV washing is permitted with a $20.00 water fee. 
  • Pets must be on a leash AT ALL TIMES. No dogs are to be tied outside unattended. Please clean up after your pet. Due to insurance requirements:
    • NO AGGRESSIVE BREEDS OF DOGS ARE ALLOWED.  
    • PETS ARE ALLOWED ON A CASE TO CASE BASIS. IF YOU HAVE A SERVICE ANIMAL WE MAY REQUEST DOCUMENTATION/CERTIFICATION.
  • Please help us conserve water and electricity.
  • Check in time is 2 pm. 
  • Check out time is 12 pm.
  • North Shore Landing RV Park assumes no responsibility for death, injury, loss damages, or destruction of property. This includes and is not limited to injury or damages caused by falling tree limbs, natural disasters, environmental disasters.
  • Please set satellite stand on gravel not on the grass.
  • Please tie all trash bags before putting in park trash cans.
  • No trash is to be stored outside of your RV.
  • All campsite shall remain clutter free. 
  • Any and all additions to decks at campsites must have PRIOR approval from management & will be required to remain on property when camper vacates.
  • No pets or cigarette smoking is permitted in the laundry room, mail room, or office.
  • No swimming in the pond.
  • There are no mail services at this location. USPS provides PO Boxes in Emory for campers if needed. 
  • Damages and Lost Property:  We reserve the right to charge the lead guest for any damages caused through the course of a booking by any member of the booking party. This includes breakages, spillages, stains, damage to furniture or fixtures and fittings. Any accidental damages should be reported as soon as possible in order to minimize damage and associated costs. Any lost property, if discovered and found, left behind by guests during a stay will be held for a period of 30 DAYS. While we will make our best efforts to reunite lost property with their owners we accept no responsibility in replacing lost items and encourage guests to ensure they have all their belonging before checking-out. 
  • You are responsible for your property. The park holds no responsibility for damages due to maintenance, yard care, pets, etc.

YOU ARE REQUIRED TO SIGN THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS IN ORDER TO ENJOY THE SERVICES OF NORTH SHORE LANDING RV & CABINS

FAILURE TO SIGN AND AGREE TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS WILL RESULT IN TERMINATION OF YOUR RESERVATION(S)
