Refund Policy

Lot rental is non-refundable for early departures. 

Deposit will be refunded back to the card used when making last payment. 

Electrical fees, Site cleanup, Other add on fees and miscellaneous charges will be deducted from deposit. Remainder of deposit will be refunded back to guest. 

In the event guest ows more than pre-paid deposit, guest gives North TX RV Resort the right to charge last card used on file for remaining charges. 

Guests who are asked to leave the resort for Violating the Terms and Conditions will not receive refund for early departure or deposit back.
