BEFORE PROCEEDING TO YOUR SITE YOU MUST CHECK-IN AT THE BOOTH. SHOULD THE BOOTH BE CLOSED UPON YOUR ARRIVAL CONTINUE TO THE OFFICE. IF YOU WILL BE ARRIVING AFTER HOURS PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU KNOW YOUR SITE NUMBER. IF YOUR CONFIRMATION STATES "SUBJECT TO CHANGE" PLEASE CONTACT US AND WE WILL LOCK IT FREE OF CHARGE.

There is a $10.00 cancellation fee for all cabins and $5 fee for all other reservations. 

Reservation Surcharge is non-refundable.

To be eligible for a refund you must call 7 days in advance of your scheduled arrival date. If no contact is made before the deadline, any refund will be forfeited. You must physically speak to someone before the deadline.

Reservation arrival or departure dates may not be changed inside the cancellation window. 

No Refund for early departures.

Reservations made with less than 7 days til arrival do not qualify for a refund.

Sites will automatically be marked as a no-show and cancelled at 1pm the day after arrival if no one has checked in or made contact with the park.

CAMPSITE &AMENITIES:

• ALL camping units MUST be backed in at a 90-degree angle from the road and no less than 2 feet from the road.
• One habitable camping unit (trailer, van, car, etc.) and one tent, OR two tents allowed per site. Campers and tents are not allowed on cabin sites.
• WATER: Use of a water pressure regulator highly recommended.
• SEWER: Wastewater and grey water must be stored in approved containers and dumped at specific stations (see map for locations). $100 fee for noncompliance.
• Dishwashing at water stations and in bathrooms is prohibited.
• GARBAGE: Please dispose of trash in dumpsters (see map for location. $50 cleaning fee for trash left behind, this includes fire pits
• FIRE PIT: Never leave a campfire unattended. Fully extinguish when done. Do not leave trash in pit.
• If picnic table is moved, please return to original location.·       
• Do not use portable grills on picnic tables without protecting the table from the heat.
• Yard sales and vending within the park is prohibited.
• Please report any issues with your site to the office or an NEC Employee.

CABINS

• NO SMOKING/VAPING and NO PETS.$100 fee & immediate eviction for noncompliance.
• Campers and tents are not allowed on the cabin sites.
• There will be a fee if cabin is left excessively dirty.
• Return key to office upon check-out.

BOATS & DOCKS

• Boats must be anchored offshore from your campsite per DEQ and Consumers Energy.
• No running, jumping, or diving off docks.

NATURE

• Do not cut, trim, or otherwise disturb the natural vegetation in and around the park. This includes screw and nails in trees.·       
• Be advised that bears have been observed from time to time.

PET POLICY

• Pets must be leashed at all times, cleaned up after, and under the control of their owner.
• Pets are not to be left unattended at any time.
• Pets are not allowed in any cabin rental. Noncompliant campers will be asked to leave immediately with no refund.
• Pets are prohibited in park buildings, including restrooms, office, and cabins.
• Pets are not allowed at the beaches or playgrounds.
• NEC is not responsible for any injury or damage caused by pet(s).

VEHICLES

• 10 MPH speed limit within park. This includes electric bikes, scooters, etc.…
• ALL vehicles entering the park MUST have a vehicle pass ($5.00 per day). 
• 1 pass included per site/cabin reservation. 2 vehicles per site max. Utilize overflow and office parking lot.
• No parking in or on the road at any time.
• Personal UTV’s, ATV’s, golf carts, etc… are not allowed in the park. All 2 wheeled gas vehicles must be road legal and have a vehicle pass.
• Charging of electric vehicles is strictly prohibited.

SAFTEY & SECURITY

• NO SMOKING/VAPING IN ANY NEC FACILITY. This includes bathrooms, office, and cabins.
• Children under the age of 16 will not be allowed to roam the park after 11PM.
• Beach and playground hours are from dawn until dusk. Swim at own risk. No lifeguard on duty.
• Profanity is not tolerated, verbally or in writing. This includes in music and on flags. No political flags.
• Quiet time is 11PM-8AM. Use controlled volume throughout the day.
• Registered campers are responsible for their guests. Their negative actions could result in your eviction.
• Fire lane in front of 38-46 must be kept free of all belongings.
• NEC is not responsible for any lost or stolen items, damages or injuries resulting from other campers, pets, or their guests.
• In the event of an emergency resulting in contacting 911 and/or the police, please notify the office or a park employee A.S.A.P. so that we may assist.

FIREWORKS ARE NOT ALLOWED AT ANY TIME.

CABIN SPECIFIC POLICIES

• Absolutely NO Smoking is permitted inside of the cabins at any time.
• Absoltely NO Pets of any kind are permitted inside of the cabins at any time. Leave your pets at home.
• Cabins are not permitted to have a camper or tent on the site. 
• Dock Rental is NOT included with any Cabins, but are available for $10/night. Please call the office for dock rental.
• Only 1 key is provided at check-in.
• Keys are to be turned in to the office no later than 11:00 A.M. day of departure. 
• If full key set is not turned in, you will be assessed a fee for complete replacement. Fee schedule located in cabin binder.
• There will be a cleaning fee if cabin is left excessively dirty.

Per park policy, all sites and cabins must be under the name of the person physically camping on it.

If reserving a "multi-site reservation" through campspot.com please be aware that the party/parties camping on the other site(s) will have to call us prior to check-in to provide us with their information. By accepting the terms and conditions for a multi-site reservation you are accepting personal responsibility for behavior and actions of the party or parties on each site.
