Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy  2025:

 

RV and Camping: 

Any cancellations are a one-night cancellation fee. 

We do not give refunds during any holiday. These holidays include Memorial Day, 4th of July and Labor Day. You will be responsible for your entire say.

We also do not honor moving reservations from holiday dates to another time. 

 

Cabin Rentals:

For cancellations on cabin rentals before 30 days prior to arrival, guests will be responsible for a two-night cancellation fee.

For cancellations on cabin rentals within 30 days prior to arrival, no refunds will be rewarded.

We do not give refunds within 3 days of holidays. These holidays include Memorial Day, 4th of July and Labor Day. You will be responsible for your entire say.

We also do not honor moving reservations from holiday dates to another time. 

 

Note: Please be understanding of our business practices. It is hard on small business owners of a promise of a guest and that promise falls through. We have a limited window on the camping season. We want to make sure it is utilized for everyone to have the opportunity to come and visit. Thank you for your patronage. We appreciate your business.
