Cancellation Policy

As excited as we are for you to join us, we do understand that cancellations do sometimes occur. If you do need to cancel your reservation, please be aware of the following policies. Exceptions may be made on a case by case basis. Please reach out to Northern Skys Management!

• Transient Rentals: You may cancel your reservation with a $5 cancellation fee up to 30 days prior to your arrival. For cancellations within 30 days of your arrival, you will be charged one night plus taxes and fees.
• Seasonal Rentals: Forfeiture of your $500 deposit.
• Holidays/Special Events: You may cancel your reservation with a $5 cancellation fee up to 30 days prior to your arrival. For cancellations within 30 days of your arrival, all payments made will be forfeited
