Nu Kemet Glamping Village – Terms and Conditions Effective Date: July 1, 2025 

Welcome to Nu Kemet Glamping Village! These Terms and Conditions govern your stay with us and are designed to ensure a safe, respectful, and enriching experience for all our guests. By booking a stay or visiting the property, you agree to abide by the terms outlined below. 

1. Booking and Payment 

● All reservations must be made through our official website or authorized partners.

● Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise specified in a promotional offer. 

● All prices are listed in USD and include applicable taxes and fees unless noted.

● Guests must be 18 years or older to make a reservation. 

 

2. Cancellations and Refunds 

Daily/Weekly:

● Cancellations made 14 or more days prior to the arrival date are eligible for a full refund, minus a $25 processing fee. 

● Cancellations made within 14 days of arrival are non-refundable. 

● No-shows or early departures are not eligible for refunds. 

● Date changes may be accommodated based on availability.

Monthly:

● Cancellations made 14 or more days prior to the arrival date are eligible for a full refund, minus a $200 processing fee. 

● Cancellations made within 14 days of arrival are non-refundable.

● Date changes may be accommodated based on availability. 

 

3. Check-In/Check-Out 

● Check-in time: 3:00 PM 

● Check-out time: 11:00 AM 

● Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and subject to additional fees. 

 

4. Guest Conduct 

● Nu Kemet is a cultural and wellness retreat. Guests are expected to conduct themselves with respect toward the land, the community, staff, and fellow guests. 

● Disruptive behavior, illegal activities, and disrespect toward sacred spaces are strictly prohibited. 

● Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

 

5. Property Rules 

● No Hunting of any kind at any time. 

● Fires are allowed only in designated fire pits. 

● Pets are not permitted without prior approval. 

● Alcohol is permitted in moderation. Illegal drugs and weapons are strictly prohibited.

● Smoking is allowed only in designated outdoor areas. 

 

6. Safety and Liability 

● Guests assume full responsibility for personal safety and belongings during their stay.

● Nu Kemet Glamping Village and its affiliates are not liable for accidents, injuries, lost items, or damage caused by acts of nature or third parties. 

● Guests must follow all posted safety guidelines and directions from staff.

 

7. Use of Facilities 

● Access to hiking trails, community events, farm spaces, and recreation areas is included unless otherwise stated. 

● Certain amenities may be limited during inclement weather or special events.

 

8. Photography and Media 

● Guests may take personal photos and videos for non-commercial use. 

● Commercial filming or photography must be approved in writing prior to your visit.

 

9. Privacy Policy 

● Guest information is handled with care and used only for the purpose of managing your stay and improving guest services. We do not sell or share your data without consent. 

 

10. Right to Refuse Service 

Nu Kemet Glamping Village reserves the right to refuse service or ask guests to leave the property without refund for violation of these Terms and Conditions or behavior deemed unsafe or disrespectful.

 

11. Pet Policy 

● We currently allow dogs only, unless authorized.

● There is a limit of 2 pets.

● All dogs must be leashed at all times.

● Pets are not allowed in common areas. They must be kept on the trails only.
