Cancellation Policy

In the event that you need to cancel or reschedule, please see the applicable policy below and then call our office at 937.430.3206 to speak with a staff member.

If you would like to reschedule your reservation any time on or before your check-in date, there will be a 10% fee applied.

If you would like to cancel your reservation and today’s date is 15+ days from your check-in date, there will be a 10% fee applied.

If you choose to cancel your reservation and today’s date is 0-14 days from your check-in date, there will be a 50% fee applied.
