CANCELLATION POLICIES 2025

 

15+ DAY CANCELLATIONS

If you cancel your reservation 15 or more days in advance of your before your scheduled check-in there will be a $25 cancellation fee. For Rental Cabins there is a $250 Cancellaion Fee, For Park Models there is a $145 cancellation fee

7-14 DAY CANCELLATIONS

If you cancel or reduce the duration of your campsite reservation less than 14 or more than 7 days before your scheduled check-in, you will be charged 50% of the original reservation.

 ********PLEASE NOTE ALL RENTAL UNITS ARE NON REFUNDABLE WITHIN 14 DAYS OF CHECK-IN*************

WITHIN 7 DAYS

If you cancel or reduce the duration of your reservation within 7 days prior to your scheduled check-in, OR after you have checked-in your card will be charged for 100% of the total original reservation.
