Reservation Terms and Conditions for Non-Seasonal Sites and Cabins

**You must be 25 years of age to reserve and primarily occupy a campsite at Oak Island Resort and Golf**

A valid credit card will be required to make a reservation. Credit card information will be released once the campground site has been inspected and found to be in the same condition as arrival.

Check-ins, Late Arrivals, No Shows and Group Bookings

In order to streamline our check-in process, *The card that is on file to hold the reservation will be charged 24 hours prior to check-in. *

Check-in at Campground Office is required prior to occupying the site. Paperwork must be filled out and parking passes need to be obtained. If you are unable to arrive and check-in on the day of arrival but you still wish to retain your reservation, you must contact the Campground Office within office hours. If you do not arrive at the campground by 12:00 p.m. on the day after your scheduled day of arrival and have not contacted the Campground Office, you will be deemed a No-Show.

No- Shows are responsible for the full amount of their reservation and the card on file will be charged. Your reservation will be cancelled and your rental unit/ campsite will be made available to other guests.

Within 14 days prior to check in we will do our best to accommodate any changes to reservations, service charges will apply, and there are no guarantees that the changes requested will be available.

There will be a $5.00 charge for any reservation changes.

Late arrivals and early departures are not eligible for a refund.

The tenant hereby acknowledges and agrees to be held liable for any damage or loss to Oak Island Resort property incurred by his/herself or the above noted occupants and that costs may be charged to the tenant.

The tenant hereby acknowledges that all rental units (Cabins/Cottagers/RVs) adhere to NO SMOKING, NO PET policies.

I hereby confirm receipt of the Oak Island Resort BYLAWS.

Oak Island Resort holds the right of eviction as per the BYLAWS.

All camping fees are non-refundable.

All facilities are used at your own risk the owners do not accept responsibility or liability for any accident or loss of property.

You are responsible for the observance of the campground terms and conditions personally or by your immediate family members, guests, visitors or other persons attending, at the site registered to you in the campground.   Failure to observe or comply with 2025 Campground terms and conditions or to pay rent by due date(s) may result in eviction or removal of recreational vehicle. We reserve the right to refuse service.

Oak Island Resort and Golf doesn not accept responsibility, or liability for any loss due to fire, accident, theft, act of nature, or any act beyond their control.
