Oakwood RV Resort Campground Policies for Guests

The following policies are in effect at all times to ensure all guests enjoy their stay.

To cancel your reservation, you must contact our office by phone, through Campspot, or cancel online at least 7 days before your scheduled arrival date. Please note that we do not accept cancellation requests via email. If you cancel within the specified time frame, you will receive a full refund of your deposit amount, less a $55.00 cancellation fee. However, if you cancel after the 7-day deadline, you will not receive any refund, and the full amount of the reservation will be forfeited.

CHECK-IN TIME: 1:00 p.m. For after-hours check-in, after 5 pm, your reservation map will be left outside the office door in the white mailbox for you.

CHECK-OUT TIME: noon. No refunds for early departure.

LATE CHECK-OUT: To arrange a late check-out, please contact the office.

POOL: NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY! Swim at your own risk! The pool is intended for registered guests ONLY. Additional guests must pay a day-use fee, in advance, at the office. Violators are subject to eviction without a refund. Children under 18 must be supervised by an adult inside the pool area. No one under 16 years old is permitted in the hot tub. Hours are posted at the pool gate.

OVERNIGHT GUESTS: Campground for registered guests ONLY. No tents or cars allowed, no charging electric vehicles permitted. $100 electric violation charge will be applied for charging any electric vehicles. Additional guests, beyond the original number registered, must pay $10.00 per person, per night in advance at the office.

PETS: They must be kept quiet, on a leash, exercised only in designated areas, and cleaned up afterward. Please do not leave pets outside, tied down or unattended. Pit Bulls, Rottweilers, Dobermans, and any aggressive dogs, regardless of breed, are prohibited.

DAMAGE TO THE PROPERTY: If there is any damage caused to the site or any part of the ground, there will be a charge to cover the damage.

SPEED LIMIT: 5 mph. A very important rule! Please drive slowly and carefully in the park.

QUIET HOURS are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. The playground is not to be used after dusk. Please be calm and considerate of your neighbors.

RESTROOMS: Please help us keep the restrooms clean for all guests. Do not give code information out. Please get in touch with the office if attention is needed. The code is: 83927

ALL VEHICLES: A maximum of 2 vehicles per site, one passenger vehicle, and one RV Washing is not permitted. If emergency maintenance must be done, please contact the office. No "For Sale" signs are permitted. *NO charging of electric vehicles permitted*

PARKING: Park in the designated site on the gravel area. Do not park on grass, patio, on other sites, or impede main roads. If additional parking is needed, contact the office.

GENERATORS: Not allowed unless approved by the office.

FIREWORKS & FIREARMS: Not allowed to be discharged on premises.

ALCOHOL & DRUGS: Drunkenness or illegal drug use will NOT be tolerated. Violators will be evicted without a refund.

OPEN FIRES: ONLY ALLOWED IN DESIGNATED FIRE PITS WHEN FIRE BAN IS NOT IN EFFECT. Use a gas or charcoal grill only.

LAUNDRY ROOM: No dog beds, fabric soiled with oil or other substances that will damage clothing. DO NOT USE CANADIAN COINS in our coin machines. Quarters are available for exchange in the office. Laundry room access code: 83927

The maximum stay length is 30 days, which can be renewed with the permission of the management. No more than 6 persons allowed per site (exceptions may be requested and approved in advance with park management).

This facility is privately owned. The owner and management do not assume any responsibility for accidents, injuries, or losses of any kind from any cause. Please note that at least one member of your party must be 21 years or older and will be held responsible for all activities of the party. Parents are responsible for their children. Management reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service to anyone at any time for any reason, including the condition and/or type of camping unit. No refunds will be provided based on refusal or dismissal from the park due to park policy violations.
