Cancellation Policy
Oasis Campground
- Cancellations made less than 7 days prior to check in time (12 noon) on the arrival date will result in cancellation fee of 100% of the reservation fee.
- If you cancel your reservation 8 to 30 days prior to 12 noon on your arrival date a cancellation fee of 50% of the reservation fee applies. Please make sure to call 870-688-9773 for your refund to process.
- If you cancel your reservation 31+ days prior to 12 noon on your arrival date a cancellation fee of 10% of the reservation fee applies. Please make sure to call 870-688-9773 for your refund to process.
- For no shows there is no refund.
- For late checkouts without approval from park management, a $50 late check-out fee applies.
- Early check-in and late check out can be added for an extra charge ($10 each), when available and when booked ahead of time.
- The $4 booking fee will not be refunded on any cancellation.
