Refund Policy

Booking reservation refunds are available subject to cancellation fees. Please see cancellation policy for more details.

• Cancellations made less than 8 days before arrival date will receive no refund.

• Cancellations made between 8 and 30 days before arrival date will receive 50% refund.  Please make sure to call 870-688-9773 for your refund to process.

• Cancellations made more than 30 days before arrival date will receive 90% refund.  Please make sure to call 870-688-9773 for your refund to process.

• If a refund is due, you will recieve it within 5-10 business days.

• The $4 booking fee will not be refunded on any cancellation.

 Oasis Campground does not issue refunds or adjustments due to factors out of our control, e.g. weather, illness, personal reasons or early check-out. Prices and policies are subject to change without notice.
