Resort Rules

A violation of any of the Resort Rules can be used as grounds to remove a guest from the Resort without a refund.

NSF RETURN CHECK: $35.00 and is subject to only paying with money order
LATE FEE: $25.00 after 5 days from bill due date.
SPEED LIMIT IS 10 MPH- STRICTLY ENFORCED!

CHECK IN/OUT: Check in is at 1:00 pm, Check out is at 11:00 am.
 

GUESTS / VISITORS: The reservation rate includes 2 adults and 2 children. Additional people will be
charged $5 per day per person or $50 a month. All visitors must check-in at the office. All visitors are the responsibility
of the primary guest.

CHILDREN: You are responsible for all conduct and safety of the children or minors with you. Unruly
behavior may necessitate you having to leave the Resort without a refund. Children of under the age of 16 must be always accompanied by an adult. Must be supervised all times

QUIET TIME: Quiet hours are 10 PM - 8 AM

VEHICLES: 1 RV and 2 vehicles allowed per site. Extra vehicles are $5 per day per vehicle or $50 per month. No trailers,
boats, etc. allowed to remain on site. DO NOT park in open RV sites or on the concrete patio at any time. Do not
drive through other sites.

ATV's, 4Wheelers or any off road vehicles are not allowed to be operated in the Resort.

GOLF CARTS: Golf carts are permitted. Must be at least 18 years of age with current driver's license to
operate. Must have front and rear lights.

PETS: Pets are welcome. All animals must be always on a leash no longer than 6 ft and under adult
supervision. Never leave pets alone outside. All pet waste must be picked up immediately, bagged and
disposed of. Aggressive or constantly barking animals are not allowed. Guests who disobey pet rules,
may be asked to leave the Resort.

CAMPFIRES / FIRE PITS:  Campfire/Fire Pits are allowed as long as they are at least 12 inches off of the ground. Must be approved with management.

GARBAGE: Household garbage only allowed. Please place all garbage in garbage bag and place it in
front of your site before 11:00 am and they must be tied.   After 11:00 am, please take to the dumpster.

BUILDINGS: No smoking in any building. No pets allowed in any building.

SHEDS:  10x10 maximum.  No pop up sheds allowed at all.

RV & VEHICLE WASHING: RVs and vehicles may only be washed at the guest's site.

ALCOHOL: If taken off your site, must be concealed in a foam insulator or plastic cup.

RV CONNECTION: All RVs must have a proper electrical power cord and sewer hose seal. Solid sewer
connections and water pressure regulators are a must. Sewer hoses must be up on a support. Resort is
not responsible for damage to unsupported hoses during maintenance.

RV SITE APPEARANCE: Our grounds keeping personnel strive to make your stay as enjoyable,
pleasant, and worry free as possible. Please assist them by following these simple and helpful
guidelines.

• Keep decorative lights and ornaments at the edge of the concrete pad. If we have to move them for mowers, they will be picked up and placed securely on your site pad.
• Pet fences, if used are to be within the area of the guest site only, and if mowers are obstructed, we will move the fence panels to the site pad.
• Please refrain from excessive storing of personal items around your RV site. We want each of our guests to enjoy a clean, and debris-free resort.

ON-SITE RV REPAIR WORK: No mechanical work is allowed on
RVs unless performed by an authorized and insured technician with management approval. All vendors
must sign in at the office upon arrival.

SEPTIC SYSTEM: Do NOT put Formaldehyde or “blue dye” in our septic system.

CAMPER COURTESY / CONDUCT:

• Do not walk or ride bikes on other sites.
• Respect the privacy of your neighbors.
• Do not throw cigarette butts on the ground.
• Bikes and roller blades are permitted on the road only during daylight hours.
• Guests are expected to exercise good sense and respect for others.

NOT PERMITTED:

• No fireworks
• Clotheslines- Only clotheslines attached to the rear of campers are allowed.
• No OIL CHANGES anytime in the Resort
• No one is allowed to operate a business from within the Resort.
• Tents are not allowed.
• Appliances (Refrigerators, freezers, etc.) may not be located outside of RV.
• Subletting is not allowed.

We enforce our rules to protect our guests. Failure to comply with the resort rules may result in
removal from the resort.

We reserve the right to refuse service to any rig based on appearance and/or condition.

BATHHOUSES: Cleaned daily. In order to do the best job possible, we must close them completely. We
appreciate your cooperation during these times and regret any inconvenience.

LAUNDRY: Laundry is located at the bathhouse behind the office, the clubhouse and the bathhouse
towards the rear of the Resort. The laundry machines only accept credit cards as payment.  Please follow the posted rules.

SWIMMING POOL:
Pool Hours: 9:00 am to Dusk

• POOL IS CLOSED IF THERE IS THUNDER OR LIGHTNING. It will re-open 30 to 60 minutes after the thunder stops.
• CHILDREN under 16 years old must be ACCOMPANIED by an ADULTS.
• NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY
• No smoking in the pool area. No eating or drinking while in the pool. No glass containers in the pool area.

OUTDOOR GAMES: We offer Bocce Ball, Pickleball and Shuffleboard Courts. Game accessories are
available in a small shed by the Pickleball court. Please go to the office to check out equipement. Please return items when you are finished. Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

Management is not responsible for loss, bodily injury, or damage of personal property caused by fire,
theft or accidents. RV Owners are responsible for all damages caused by themselves or their visitors.
