• RV/CAMPERS MORE THAN 10 YEARS OLD ARE NOT PERMITTED 
• Campground rules: Check in time 2:00p.m.  Checkout is Noon
• Quiet hours are from 10:00p.m. to 8:00a.m. Baithouse will be closed during these times
• 1 Camper/RV, 2 vehicles, 6 people and 2 pets allowed per site. Extra vehicles/guests are $5/day
• No "homemade" RVs or campers allowed.
• All RVs/Campers must be well maintained and in good condition
• No pop-ups
• No primitive (tent) camping
• All campsites must be kept neat and uncluttered
• Golf carts are allowed. ELECTRIC ONLY. Must be 16 to drive or accompanied by an adult.
• ABSOLUTELY NO ONE UNDER THE AGE OF 18 PERMITTED TO DRIVE GOLF CARTS AFTER 10:00pm
• Alcohol permitted, but needs to be in a koozie or different container when not on your campsite
• Fishing is included with your stay. Catch and release. No license required
• Antagonistic conduct toward other guests will not be tolerated and could result in immediate eviction
• Guests are responsible for the actions of their children and any invited guests
• All holiday weekends require a 3 night minimum stay and are $65/nt. for full hookup and $60/nt. for water/electric only. Holidays are Memorial Day, Labor Day and 4th of July.
• CERTAIN DOG BREEDS ARE RESTRICTED AS FOLLOWS: PIT BULLS, ROTTWEILERS, DOBERMAN PINSCHERS (INCLUDING MIN PINS), CHOWS AND/OR ANY MIX THAT INCLUDES ONE OR MORE OF THE ABOVE. MANAGEMENT RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REQUEST PROOF OF BREED PAPERWORK. IF ANY OF THESE BREEDS ARE FOUND IN THE CAMPGROUND, YOU WILL BE CHARGED A $50.00 FINE AND COULD BE ASKED TO LEAVE WITHOUT A REFUND!
• All pets must be kept on a leash no longer than 10ft. Please clean up after your pet immediately!
• Pets must not be left outside unattended. No excessive barking
• No pets allowed in public buildings or beach area
• Fireworks absolutely prohibited.
• Management reserves the right to ask a guest/guests to leave if the above policies are not followed, and no refund will be given.
• Please place all trash in dumpsters on your way out of the park

ASSUMPTION OF RISK, RELEASE AND IDEMNITY:

As with any type of facility  and natural environment, the use of the grounds and facilities at Off the Hook has the possibility of risk of injury or even death, whether the undersigned or someone else causes it. As such, the underisigned agrees that he or she understands and voluntarily accepts this risk and agrees that Off the Hook and any of their affiliated entities or successors, or any officer, director, member, agent-servant, or employee of the aforesaid (hereinafter collectively OTH) will not be liable for any injury or death, including without limitation, personal bodily or mental injury, economic loss or any property damage to the undersigned, the undersigned's spouse, the undersigned's children, guests or relatives (herinafter collectively GUEST) resulting from GUESTS' use of the facilities, including  without limitation, as a result of negligence of OTH or anyone else using the facilities. If there is any claim by anyone based on an injury, death, loss, or damage described herein, which invloves the GUEST, the undersigned agrees to (a) defend OTH against such claims, and OTH for all expenses relating to the claim including, but not limited to, any and all attorney's fees, and (b) indemnify OTH of all obligations resulting from such claims. This document shall be construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of Ohio. Any action at law, suit in equity, or other jurisdictional proceeding arising in connection with this document shall be instituted only in the courts of Preble County, Ohio.

WAIVER OF LIABILITY:

The GUEST agress to release from all liability, discharge and promise not to take legal action against (1) OTH; and (2) any other guest, visitor or person present or using the facilities or equipment of OTH:Any designers, manufacturers or installers of the facilities or equipment of OTH inluding but not limited to activities on and around OTH for any and all harm or damage to the GUEST in connection with the GUEST'S use of any OTH facilities or equipment including but not limited to or in connection with any activities sponsered by OTH whether or not such activities take place outside of any premises owned or operated by OTH. This agreement releases OTH from any liabilty to GUEST'S, their heirs , next of kin, assigns or personal representatives for any losses or damages  or claims or demand arising out of GUESTS personal injuries, damages to property caused by acts of nature, power surges, or while performing general maintenance, or GUESTS death, even if OTH's individual or collective negligence contributes to such personal injury, damage or death. The undersigned hereby waives any and all claims or actions that may arise against OTH, its owners, directors, employees or volunteers as a result of any such injury to any person. Such risks include, but are not limited to:

• Injuries or death resulting from the negligence of the owners, operators, employees,or volunteers assistants of OTH; or the negligence of guests,visitors or persons who may be present at OTH; or the negligence of any designers, manufacturers or installers of the facilities or equipment of OTH
• Injuries or death resulting from the failure or negligent misuse, by me or others, of the facilities or equipment of OTH
• Injuries or death resulting from trips, slips, falls or other such accidents that occur while using the facilities or equipment at OTH, or which may be caused by other persons' use of the facilities or equipment of OTH
• Injuries or death resulting from participating in and/or using equipment in connection with activities sponsered by OTH which may take place outside the premises owned or operated by OTH
• Injuries or death that occur from the negligence or lack of adequate training of those volunteers, agents, or employees of OTH or those who seek to assist with medical or other help either before or after injuries have occured
• Property damage caused by acts of nature, power surges or general maintanence (such as mowing and weed eating)
• The GUEST freely and voluntarily assumes complete personal responsibility for these risks and for any injuries or death that may occur as a result of these risks, even if such injuries or death occur in a manner that is not foreseeable at the time this agreement is signed and will remain in effect for any and all subsequent visits to OTH.

GUEST UNDERSTANDS AND ACKNOWLEDGES THAT SWIMMING AND/OR ANY OTHER WATER ACTIVITY INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO PADDLE BOATS, CANOES, KAYAKS, INFLATABLE WATER FEATURES, DOCKS, PLATFORMS, SPLASH PADS HAVE INHERENT DANGERS AND/OR RISKS THAT NO AMOUNT OF CARE, CAUTION, INSTRUCTION OR EXPERTISE CAN ELIMINATE. GUEST ALSO UNDERSTANDS THAT USE OF THE BEACH AND LAKES ARE AT THEIR OWN RISK AND THAT NO LIFEGUARDS ARE ON  DUTY AND THE DEPTHS OF WATER RANGE FROM O INCHES TO OVER 25 FEET DEEP. GUEST EXPRESSLY AND VOLUNTARILY ASSUMES ALL RISK OF PERSONAL INJURY OR DEATH, WHETHER FORESEEABLE OR NOT, SUSTAINED IN CONNECTION WITH PARTICIPATION IN/ON THE WATER ACTIVITIES BY SIGNING BELOW.

THE GUEST ACKNOWLEDGES THAT HE/SHE HAS READ THIS AGREEMENT THOROUGHLY AND UNDERSTANDS AND ACCEPTS THE TERMS CONTAINED HEREIN AND THAT NO ORAL REPRESENTATIONS OR STATEMENTS OR INDUCEMENTS HAVE BEEN MADE TO GUEST THAT CHANGE, ALTER AOR MODIFY ANYTHING WITHIN THIS WRITTEN AGREEMENT.BY SIGNING BELOW, THE UNDERSIGNED REPRESENTS AND WARRANTS THAT THEY HAVE THE AUTHORITY TO SIGN THIS WRITTEN AGREEMENT AND INDEMNIFY AND HOLD HARMLESS OTH ON BEHALF OF ALL INDIVIDUALS WHOSE LEGAL RIGHTS THIS AGREEMENT CONTEMPLATES TO WAIVE. IN THE EVENT ANY PORTION HEREOF IS HELD INVALID, IT IS AGREED THAT THE BALANCE SHALL, NOTWITHSTANDING, CONTINUE IN FULL LEGAL FORCE AND EFFECT.
