Site Information and Rules
RV Site Regulations –
- Only one RV Per campsite.
- No parking on grass, street or vacant lots.
- All motor coaches, campers, vans, trucks must be parked on the gravel area.
- No cars, vans or trucks that are not considered RVs are prohibited.
- No tents will be prohibited on your site.
Vehicle Regulations
- All vehicles must be registered and parked in the designated area.
- Speed limits must be followed.
- Any person without an operator’s license are not permitted to operate motorized vehicles in the park.
- You are not to park in any other campsites or bathhouse area.
- If you're towing dune buggies, cycles and quads, all trailers will have to be parked in the open lot in the casino parking area.
Campsite Information
- Quite hours are 10pm- 7am eastern standard time, anyone playing loud music or being loud will be warned once. If it continues you will be required to leave and no refund will be issued.
- No personal signs, soliciting signs or mailboxes permitted
- No fires unless they are in fire pit rings. You are only allowed to burn wood and charcoal.
- All campfires need to be out by 1am.
- No fire wood can be brought in the park due to emerald ash borer. This policy will be enforced and could result in a forfeiture of your campsite.
- Registered campers are responsible to any damages to the unit site.
- No parties are permitted
- Soliciting is prohibited.
- All campsites have to be kept clean from garbage and pet droppings.
- No washing, servicing or repairs can be done when camping in the park
- Sewer lines must use ocllars to eliminate odor.
- Campsites cannot be subleased or used as a rental.
- Site changes have to be approved before you can move sites.
- If you park in another site this will result in additional charges.
- Any rugs bigger than 3’X2’ are not allowed in the park as it damages the grass.
- No clotheslines can he hung on any campsite.
- Drones are not permitted.
- No fireworks or firearms permitted. You will be vacated from the campsite with no refund.
- All children under the age of 18 are to be supervised.
- Speed limit in the park is 5 mph
- All campers are responsible for understanding how many electrical amps their camper needs and booking the right site. If you try to alter the electrical pedestals, you will be responsible for damages.
- Restrooms and showers are available for all campers and are open 24/7 with the exception of cleaning. Please make sure to clean up after yourself.
- We are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged property.
Please Note: our grounds team mows the property every Wednesday beginning at 9 am EST
Visitor Policy
- All visitors will be required to park in the Casino parking lot.
- All visitors will need to be gone by 10pm.
- Visitors need to be considerate and walk on sidewalks and pathways. No walking through campsites.
- If visitors are being loud or rude they will asked to leave.
- No subleasing sites.
Pet Policy
- Pets may not be left unattended
- Pets must be on a leash no longer than 6 feet at all times while in the park.
- Pets are not allowed in the bathrooms, shower areas or casino.
- Pets are not allowed to free wander.
- Excessive barking, growling or aggressive behavior will not be permitted in park. You will be required to leave and no refunded will be issued.
- All pet droppings must be picked up and immediately disposed.
- Agressive behavior is the liability of the pet owner.
Severe Weather and Emergency’s
- In severe weather please seek shelter in the Bath house or Casino.
- All information is private and kept confidential, if emergency’s arises we do turn over information to local law enforcement agencies for safety.
- If you observe any activity you believe to be a concern please call 906-249-4200 and ask for Security.
- In the event you need to have emergency personal come to your site, and time allowed please let the casino know and we will be prepared to help escort them to your site.
- In the event of severe weather we are not responsible for damages to RV’s, trucks, trailers, or belongings.
