Campground Rules

  • Checkin time begins at 1pm for RV's and 3 pm for Cabins.
  • Checkout time is by 11 am.​
  • All guests use the facilities at Old Faithful RV Park at their own risk. Old Faithful RV Park is not responsible for the loss, injury or damage to the person(s) or property of camper(s) or their guests.

  • Any guest that willfully or through negligence defaces or destroys property or equipment of the campground, or that of another camper or guest, will be held responsible for full value thereof.

  • Our restrooms and showers are reserved for registered guests of Old Faithful RV Park

  • The use of water to wash any equipment, or vehicle, or to play water games, or run sprinklers is strictly prohibited. 

  • Parking. We allow one vehicle per RV site and two vehicles per cabin

  • Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult in all areas of the campground especially bathrooms and laundry facilities. Conduct, behavior and control of children is the parents’ responsibility.

  • RV sites shall be kept neat and clean without an excess of accumulated items visible to other guests. Please keep your campsite clean of debris, garbage and litter of any kind.

  • All pets are to be supervised and kept on a leash any time the animal is outside the owner’s camper. Please clean up after your dog. Not cleaning up after your pets will result in cancellation of your reservation and a clean up fee. Pets are expressly prohibited from entering store, laundry room, showers and bathrooms

  • The speed limit is 5 MPH. Please keep your speed down for the safety of all residents and their children and pets.

  • The dumpster is provided for kitchen/household garbage only. No electronics, appliances, lawn chairs, etc. Do not use our dumpsters for off-ground trash. 

  • We do not give refunds for early departure or late arrivals. 

  • CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancelling your reservation on the day of or within/on 7 days prior to arrival will result in no refund (0%). Cancelling your reservation 8 to 14 days prior to arrival, you will be refunded half (50%) of your total stay. Cancellations 15 or more days will receive a full refund (100% less $25.00) minus a $25 processing fee.  
    There are no refunds for cancellations on holiday weekends.

FAILURE TO FOLLOW THE RULES

We reserve the right to refuse to accept further reservations from any person

 who fails to comply with these rules and regulations and may request that

 their space be vacated immediately. There will be no refunds.

By accepting this reservation, Guest hereby waives, releases and discharges and covenants not to sue Old Faithful RV Park for all claims and liability for personal injury, accidents, property damage, any other claim arising out of or in connection with Guests’ use of the Rental/Property. Further, Guest agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Old Faithful RV Park from all losses, claims, expenses and demands, including attorneys’ fees, that Old Faithful RV Park may incur arising out of or in connection with Guests’ use of the Rental/Property. Guest further agrees to be responsible and liable for the actions and safety of every person in their group. Old Faithful RV Park reserves the right to remove any renter, occupant or guest who is subject to a lifetime registration requirement under a State sexual offender registration program.

Pet Policy: We are a pet-friendly resort, but pets must be walked on a leash, cleaned up after and may not disturb other guests. Pets are the responsibility of the owner. Management reserves the right to restrict disruptive or aggressive breeds. 

Management shall not be held liable or responsible for non-utilization of package components or loss of recreational opportunities due to weather or any other circumstances beyond our control.

Old Faithful RV Park or its management bears no responsibility for any loss or damage to any person or property, or thing howsoever caused.

The management reserves the right to evict any day user, guest, camper or group of campers for any cause.
