Cancellation Policy

ALL CANCELATIONS ARE CHARGED A $25.00 PROCESSING FEE

NO refunds on early departures.

 

Daily /Weekly stays require 48-hour cancellation notice subject to a night fee.  

Holidays require 14 days to cancel. Less than 14 no refund.

Monthly requires 60 days to cancel. Less than 60 loss of deposit of  $500.00.

CANCELATIONS OF GOLF CART WILL BE CHARGED A $25.00 CANCELATION FEE. GOLF CARTS CANCELED ON DAY OF RENTAL THERE WILL NOT BE ANY REFUND.
