Terms and Conditions

Check Out 12:00pm

  1. RV must be registered in your name. (No owner financed RVs allowed.)

  2. All guests and visitors must have and present a valid driver’s license upon request.

  3. Old Towne RV Ranch does not offer leases.

  4. Rent must be paid on the due date. (NO EXCEPTIONS)

  5. If the rent is not paid on the due date, you will be asked to leave the premises.
  6. A late fee of $150 will be added if payment is more than 3 days late.

  7. Your RV and Vehicles may be impounded if you do not promptly exit.

  8. We have Daily, Weekly and Monthly rates only. 

  9. There will be no proration of lot rent.

  10. Our park is run like a hotel.

  11. No refunds of monthly site rent, after 7 days.

  12. Deposits are refundable if your electric bill is paid in full, and the lot is left clean.

  13. You are responsible for the electricity used at your site.

  14. Billed at .13 cents per kilowatt.

  15. A $150 incidental charge will be required for monthly sites.

  16. There will be a $150 non-refundable fee to hold a site.

  17. RV must be on the site to receive an address verification letter.

  18. In the state of Oklahoma, we have the right of possession, no squatters allowed. 

  19. We accept Credit Cards, Venmo, Cashapp, Checks, and cash.

  20. Credit Cards will incur a 3% usage fee.

  21. There will be a $25 charge for returned Checks.

  22. No Parking on adjacent spaces or in the road.

  23. No smoking inside laundry facility or bathroom/shower.

  24. Please help us maintain a clean and tidy park by not littering.

  25. Dispose of trash in the proper manner, including cigarette butts.

  26. Sites must be kept clean with no junk stacked under the RV.

  27. No outside appliances such as Fridges, Washer or Dryers will be allowed.

  28. A sewer hose seal is required for all sewer hookups.

  29. Firepits are permitted. (Please extinguish the fire after every use.)

  30. No burning on windy or extremely dry days, or when under fire ban.

  31. Grills are permitted.

  32. No window units allowed.

  33. Packages can be delivered if you use the park’s address. 

  34. There is a package pickup location at the laundry building. You can retrieve them at your convenience.

  35. Not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

  36. Occasional mail delivery is fine, but please get a P.O. Box for long-term mail delivery.

  37. Absolutely no repairing of vehicles at RV sites or in the park. 

  38. RV’s can undergo repairs on site such as AC units, a repair man will be allowed in to assist, or you can contact our onsite RV repair service at (580) 481-8561.

  39. No remolding or painting the RV on the site.

  40. Washing RV or vehicles are permitted.


 

  1. Reach out to management before making any kind of improvement to your site.

  2. Any improvements made to the site will remain at the site upon your departure.

  3. No sleeping in vehicles.

  4. No tents allowed.

  5. No loud music.

  6. An adult must accompany a child 18 years and under at the Pond, Pool and Playground.

  7. Any guest that willfully or negligently destroys park property or equipment will be held liable for the value to repair or replace damaged items.


 

PET POLICY

  1. All pets must be registered, with management, upon arrival.

    1. Owners must provide current vaccination records for all pets.

  2. No more than two (2) pets allowed with site rental.

    1. One (1) pet is included in the rent.

  3. An additional $10 will be charged for a second pet.

  4. Pets must be kept on a leash and under control.

  5. No excessive barking will be allowed.

  6. You are responsible for cleaning up after your pet(s).

  7. Failure to pick up pet(s) poop will result in a $25 fine.

  8. No pet(s) allowed on the pool deck.

  9. No pet(s) allowed at laundry facilities.

  10. Upon approval you may erect a small fence.

    1. Must receive site plans from management.

    2. Non approved fences will be removed.

  11. All pet(s) must be kept inside at night. No outside pet(s) will be allowed.

  12. If pet(s) are tied up outside your door must remain open.

  13. The following breeds are NOT allowed at Old Towne RV Ranch.

    1. Pit Bulls

    2. Rottweilers

    3. Staffordshire Terriers

    4. Dobermans

    5. Wolf Hybrids
