Overnight Campground - St. Paul, AB
Campground Policies:
Check-In / Check-Out
Check-in is at 2:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. If you plan to arrive early, please contact
the campground at 780-614-4244 to make prior arrangements.
Site Changes
You have been assigned a specific site. If you wish to change sites, please check with the office
first. Due to reservations and maintenance, moving may not always be possible, so please inquire
before making any changes.
Open Fires
Open fires are not permitted within the park. Fires must be contained within fire pits or
designated fire rings. Firewood is available for $10 per bundle.
Site and Park Navigation
Please respect your neighbors by avoiding walking between sites. Use the main roads, sidewalks,
and designated public paths when navigating the campground.
Rugs
Rugs larger than 3' x 2' are not allowed, as they can damage the grass. We aim to keep the sites
looking good for both you and the next guest.
Quiet Time Policies
Quiet time is from 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM. This policy is strictly enforced, and there will be zero
tolerance for excessive noise, including barking dogs. Please respect other campers’ need for
rest.
Pet Policies:
Leash Requirement
Pets must be kept on a leash at all times for the safety of your pet, other guests, and their pets. A
maximum of three dogs are allowed per site.
Cleaning Up After Your Pet
Please clean up after your pet at all times. Do not allow your pet to leave waste on your site or
other guests’ sites. Failure to clean up after your pet may result in being asked to leave without a
refund.
Leaving Pets Unattended
Pets may not be left unattended in the park. Do not tie your pet to a tree or leave it unsupervised.
Pets left unattended face risks such as extreme weather or power outages.
Barking
Excessive barking is not tolerated and can disturb neighboring campers. Repeated issues with
barking may result in you being asked to leave without a refund.
Vehicle Policies:
Speed Limit
The park speed limit is 5 mph. This policy helps ensure the safety of children, pets, and other
guests. Exceeding this limit will result in a warning, and multiple warnings may lead to being
asked to leave the park.
Parking
Please do not park your vehicle, trailer, or boat on an adjacent site. Only one RV and one vehicle
are permitted per paid site. Parking on the grass or causing ruts in the site will result in damage
charges. Additionally, do not park in the middle of roads or block access to garages, restrooms,
or laundry facilities.
ATVs
ATVs are allowed only within the campground to access the Iron Horse Trail.
General Park Policies:
Refund Policy
A 72-hour notice is required for cancellations to receive a full refund. No refunds will be issued
for inclement weather, late arrivals, or early departures. Modifications are subject to a CDN$5.00
fee plus credit card processing fees. Management reserves the right to deny access or terminate
the stay of guests whose behavior is deemed inappropriate, without refund.
Laundry
Coin-operated washers and dryers are available, and change can be obtained from the Caretaker.
Please do not leave your laundry unattended, as the campground is not responsible for accidents
or theft.
Restrooms/Showering Facilities
Restrooms are available 24/7, with a temporary closure once per day for cleaning. Showers are
reserved for registered campers only and are coin-operated.
Trash Disposal and Recycling
Please keep your campsite clean at all times. Store food safely and dispose of trash properly.
Recycling bins for bottles and cans are located at the end of each row. Do not leave any food,
garbage, or wildlife attractants unattended.
Cancelling your reservation on the day of or within 3 days prior to arrival will result in no refund.
Cancellations 4 or more days will receive a full refund minus a $15 processing fee.
Cancelling your reservation on the day of or within 7 days prior to arrival will result in no refund.
Cancelling your reservation 8 to 14 days prior to arrival, guest will be refunded half of your total stay.
Cancellations 15 or more days will receive a full refund minus a $15 processing fee.
There will be no refunds after you have checked in, for inclement weather, failure to follow the Rules & Regulations, or disorderly conduct.
Manager reserves the right to have discretion on all refunds.
