ACTS BEYOND OUR CONTROL
We do our best to ensure everyone has a good experience while camping in our Park. However, there are some things that are beyond our control. These include, but are not limited to: State mandated changes, work schedule changes, illness, personal injury, mechanical breakdown, wind and blowing sand, airborne dust particles, rain and lightning, extreme heat, infestations of natural pests; fly’s, fire ants, or bugs, snakes, spiders, scorpions ect.. When these events occur, the Park reserves the right to initiate closures and/or policy changes to ensure public safety and a good camping experience. If, and when these closures and/or policy changes occur, the Park will not issue refunds or rainchecks on guest reservations.
