Refund Policy

Panama Rocks

INDIVIDUAL RESERVATIONS: Full refunds are available if Panama Rocks has to cancel your reservation before check-in.

Any new reservation can be cancelled for full refund up to 24 hours after the reservation is made.
Full refunds are available if you cancel up to 14 days before your check-in date.
Partial refunds of 80% are available if you cancel 7 to 13 days before your check-in date.
No refunds are available if you cancel within 6 days of your check-in date.
If you experience a true emergency (such as a serious medical or family issue), please reach out to us. While we cannot make guarantees, we may be able to offer a credit toward a future stay depending on the circumstances.

GROUP RESERVATIONS (for groups with 4 or more glamping units and/or 5 or more tent camping units reserved by one person or organization): Full refunds will be issued if Panama Rocks must cancel your reservation before check-in.

Full refunds are available if you cancel 60 or more days before your check-in date.
Partial refunds of 80% are available for cancellations made 30 to 59 days before check-in;
50% refunds are available for cancellations made 15 to 29 days before check-in.
No refunds are available for cancellations made within 14 days of check-in.

We recommend purchasing travel or event insurance to protect against unexpected changes to your plans.
