Cancellation Policy

Any cancelation with less than 30 days notice will not recieve any refund.

Cancellation Policies for Campsites, Hutnicks, Camperlodges, and Cabinettes:

If you have to cancel your reservation, we will be happy to return all of your deposit to you, less a $25 service fee, provided you give us at least 30 days notice.

Cancellation Policies for Deluxe Cottages, Lodges and Park Models:

If you have to cancel your reservation for one of our Deluxe Cottages, Lodges or Park Models we will be happy to refund your deposit as follows:

90 days or more prior to Arrival – 100% 

60 to 89 days prior to Arrival – 50%

30-59 days prior to Arrival – 25%

A $25 service fee will be assessed for ALL cancelled Reservations
