Terms and Conditions

By entering the premises of Paradise Ranch RV Resort, you grant permission to Paradise Ranch RV Resort to photograph you during your stay. These photographs may be used for any lawful purpose without compensation.

As a guest, you acknowledge the inherent risks associated with outdoor recreational activities, including but not limited to injury from insects, animals (including deer), and environmental factors, as well as risks from activities such as hiking, swimming, and boating. You agree that Paradise Ranch RV Resort, its owners, agents, and employees will not be held liable for any injury or property damage resulting from these activities, acts of nature, or illness, including COVID-19. You also acknowledge that there is no lifeguard on duty, and all water activities are undertaken at your own risk.

Pet Policy

Pets are allowed within designated areas of the campground. Pet owners are responsible for their pets’ behavior and must keep them on a leash no longer than five feet at all times. Owners must clean up after their pets. There is a $25 per pet fee for pet-friendly cabins. Pets are not allowed in non-pet-friendly cabins. Owners will be charged for any damages caused by their pets.

BYO Golf Cart and Side-by-Side

Guests who bring their own golf cart or side-by-side vehicle are fully responsible for any damages, injuries, or incidents that may occur to themselves, their guests, or third parties. Vehicles must be operated only on designated roads and in accordance with all safety regulations. Operators must possess a valid driver’s license. Registration bands must be displayed on the vehicle and remain visible throughout the stay. Failure to comply with these regulations may result in the removal of the vehicle from the property.

Lagoon Area Use

As the responsible adult for your group, you agree to comply with all lagoon rules. Children aged 10 and under must wear a life jacket at all times while in the lagoon. All guests, regardless of age, are required to wear a life jacket while inside the designated lagoon area. Life jackets are provided at the lagoon lighthouse. You, as the responsible adult, will supervise children at all times in the lagoon. Paradise Ranch RV Resort assumes no responsibility for accidents or injuries occurring in the lagoon area.

Liability and Indemnification

By entering and utilizing the facilities at Paradise Ranch RV Resort, you agree to abide by all campground rules and regulations as outlined in the resort's brochures, website, site map, and posted on the property. You further release Paradise Ranch RV Resort, its owners, agents, and employees from any liability for accidents, injuries, or damages that may occur during your stay, including damages caused by third parties, wildlife, or environmental hazards.

Online Booking Fee: If you booked online and need to cancel your reservation, your booking fee is not able to be refunded.

BY SIGNING THIS I AGREE TO READ AND TO COMPLY WITH ALL CAMPGROUND RULES AND REGULATIONS AS LISTED ON THE SITE MAP, BROCHURE, WEBSITE, AND/OR POSTED ON THE PROPERTY.
