CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations, for whatever reason, prior to ten (10) days of your arrival date will receive a refund of your deposit minus an $15 administrative/handling fee.  Cancellations, for whatever reason, 3-9 days notice of your arrival date will result in a 50% of required deposit administrative/handling fee (difference refunded).  Less than 48 hour notice deposit is non-refundable.
