Located in the beautiful Downeast Maine region, Wild Acadia Camping Resort is just minutes from Ellsworth, Bar Harbor, and Acadia National Park. Enjoy a variety of camping options from simple tent sites to full big rig pull throughs with full hookups. During peak season (mid-June to Labor Day) attractions include two 300' waterslides, a brand new wading pool with spray ground and dumping bucket, Water Wars catapult stations, 32’ climbing wall, Sling-Shot Trampolines or Jumpshot trampolines, an 800' zip line, a Forest Walk ropes course, and a Mini-Golf Course. After all these awesome activities, you'll definitely want to enjoy a delicious treat from the Cafe. Our A Loop Deluxe Cabins (with a loft) are beautifully appointed log cabins new in 2025. Cabins sleep up to 6 guests with a private queen bedroom with armoire and dresser, walk through bunk bedroom, and a large sleeping loft with two single beds. Our Deluxe Cabins offer all the creature comforts with a full bathroom with shower, full kitchen with sink, gas range, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, and basic cooking utensils, pots, pans, etc., provided. The living space includes a couch, bar seating area, and a log cabin style table with stools as well as a Smart TV for streaming your favorite shows. The space is fully climate controlled with heat, air conditioning, ceiling fan, and plenty of windows for ventilation. The outdoor space includes a comfy furnished screened in porch as well as a fire pit with cooking grate and a picnic table. Well behaved pets are allowed, but should not be left unattended in the cabin. The cabins are available without linens, or you will have the option to add our linen package.

Our Camping Cabins offer a luxurious Maine “camping” experience and sleep up to 5 guests in beds including a queen bed with a bunk bed above and an additional bunk bed set. The cabin includes a log cabin style table with stools, mini fridge, and microwave. The space is fully climate controlled with heat, air conditioning, ceiling fan, and plenty of windows for ventilation. The outdoor space includes a porch as well as a fire pit with cooking grate and a picnic table. Well behaved pets are allowed, but should not be left unattended in the cabin. There is no running water inside the Camping Cabin, however there is an outside faucet and the bath house is a short distance away. The cabins are available without linens, or you will have the option to add our linen package.

    Well maintained, sites were isolated with trees giving more privacy. Shower facility was nice. The ground wasn’t good to drive the stakes down for tent. Hard time keeping stakes inside the ground.

    Our family had a great time. Every facility was clean and well maintained. All the staff were welcoming and helpful. We only stayed the weekend- which was plenty of time for the waterpark and fun zone. If we had stayed longer we would have ventured out for some hiking but there was enough on site to keep everyone happy for a weekend trip.
