Refund Policy

Parkside RV Park - Refund Policy:

Thank you for choosing Parkside RV Park—Broussard, LA. We understand that plans can change, and we want to make the refund process as smooth as possible. Please review the policy below.

No-shows, late arrivals, and/or early departures, for any reason, are ineligible for refunds.

Mandatory evacuations (such as hurricanes or any other natural disaster or act of God) issued by the City, Parish, State, or federal government will immediately halt all guest reservations. Camp/User Credit will be given— no refund will be issued for unused nights UNLESS it is deemed unsafe to resume normal business operations.  

Refund Options:

Nightly, Weekly Reservations:

Camp/User Credit: No cancellation fee. 100% of the payment is reserved for future use. Expires one (1) year from the initial reservation date.

Payment Refund: A 25% cancellation fee is applied. The remaining balance will be refunded to the card on file.

Monthly Reservations:

The 25% deposit (non-refundable) is forfeited if reservations are canceled.
