Pathfinder Camp Resorts-Parksville
Pathfinder Camp Resorts is a family focused campground and our campers value a quiet and safe camping experience. We reserve the right to refuse entry or terminate occupancy to any person not adhering to our policies.
- Vehicle Policy:
- ONLY ONE VEHICLE PER SITE IS PERMITTED, (in addition to your trailer, motorhome, or tent).
- A parking permit, (provided at check-in), needs to be on display at all times.
- Visitor parking is very limited and may not always be available. ($10 per day if space allows.)
- Check-In Hours:
- Regular check-in hours are between 1 pm and 8 pm. Check-in will not be possible after 8pm.
- For guests staying in The Englishman Suite, check-in is available from 3 pm to 8 pm.
- Check-out 11am.
- Site Details:
- Specific site numbers are not guaranteed unless you’ve paid a lock-in fee.
- RV only sites: Tents are permitted on these sites only as an additional sleeping unit with your RV. Only one 8x8 tent for up to 2 additional adults will be allowed alongside, for an addition cost of $25.00 per day
- Maximum occupancy of 6 people.
- Site Types:
- Ensure you’ve booked the correct site type for your trip:
- RV sites: Tents are only allowed on the small rv/tent sites.
- Popups are considered a tent trailer - NOT A POPUP TENT!
- Unserviced tent sites along the Englishman River are for free-standing tents only (no vehicle access for rooftop tents or car tents).
- Ensure you’ve booked the correct site type for your trip:
- Quiet Hours:
- From 11:00 pm to 8:00 am, please maintain a peaceful environment. No excessive noise, (including generators), at any time.
- Minimum Age:
- The minimum age to rent a campsite is 21. Minor children cannot be left on site without a responsible adult.
- Reservation Transfer:
- Reservations are not transferable. Selling or transferring reservations to another party may result in cancellation without a refund.
- If you can’t use your reservation, consider rearranging or canceling it to receive a refund (excluding penalties).
- Cancellation Policy:
- Reservations canceled prior to 14 days before arrival incur a $50 cancellation fee.
- Reservations canceled within 14 days of arrival forfeit 100% payment.
- Cancellations are accepted by email only. Please email info@pathfindercampresorts.com
- Payment:
- A payment of 100% is taken at time of booking. On line payments are always taken by credit card and by providing a credit card you are authorizing campspot.com to bill your credit card for each payment amount as they come due, including any fees incurred while at the property, and any outstanding balance not paid at the time of departure.
Maximum Stay at Pathfinder Camp Resorts - Parksville
- The maximum stay is 60 nights from April to October.
- The maximum stay under our Winter RV Program is 180 days from October to April.
NOTICE TO USERS OF THE RESORT FACILITIES
Assumption of Risk and WAIVER and Release of Claims
PLEASE READ CAREFULLY - These conditions will affect your legal rights.
“Activities” shall mean, without limitation, all activities in any way associated with or related to water sports, recreational vehicle camping, hiking, fishing and any recreational activities offered by (Pathfinder Camp Resorts - Parksville), including training and instruction, as well as but not limited to use of play structures, picnic areas, fields, sports fields, beaches, lakes, man-made lakes, swimming pools, parks, trails, walking paths, roads, grounds and parking lots.
“Property” shall mean, without limitation, any premises, lands, buildings, facilities, play structures, fields, sports fields, beaches, lakes, man-made lakes, swimming pools, parks, trails, walking paths, roads, grounds and parking lots and equipment owned or leased by (Pathfinder Camp Resorts - Parksville).
“Resort User” shall mean all adults, children or wards in the registered parties group.
In consideration of (Pathfinder Camp Resorts - Parksville) allowing the RESORT USER onto its Property to use and enjoy the Property and to participate in Activities, the RESORT USER agrees as follows:
- The Resort User assumes and accepts, without limitation, all risks and dangers associated with the RESORT USER’S use and enjoyment of the Property and participation in any of the Activities.
- The Resort User ASSUMES FULL RESPONSIBILITY for understanding and following the rules and safe practices associated with the use and enjoyment of the Property, participation in any of the Activities, and for his or her own personal safety.(Pathfinder Camp Resorts - Parksville)and its parent, subsidiaries and affiliated entities and their respective directors, officers, employee
- The Resort User WAIVES ANY AND ALL CLAIMS that he or she has or may have in the future against
- The Resort user RELEASES (Pathfinder Camp Resorts - Parksville) from any and all liability for any loss, damage, physical injury, illness or expense that he or she may suffer or incur by reason of his or her presence at, or use and enjoyment of, the Property, and presence at, or participation in, any of the Activities, due to any cause whatsoever, INCLUDING FLOODING, NEGLIGENCE, BREACH OF CONTRACT, OR BREACH OF ANY STATUTORY DUTY OF CARE, INCLUDING ANY DUTY OF CARE OWED UNDER ANY APPLICABLE OCCUPIERS’ LIABILITY LEGISLATION ON THE PART OF (Pathfinder Camp Resorts - Parksville), OR OTHER PARTICIPANTS, OR ANYONE ELSE.
