Thank you for staying with us! Please note the following Rules and Regulations while enjoying our park.

Please Keep Grassy Areas clear for mowers.

Campground

*      Check In 1 pm ----- Check Out Noon

*      Quiet hours are 10:00 PM – 7:00 am

*      No Box Trailers, utility trailers or any other trailer may be parked on your site during your stay.

*      No Dog Pens.

*      No Pop-Up Tents of any kind on the grass. Pop-up Tents allowed on concrete.

*      No Camping Tents allowed.

*      The park speed limit is 10 MPH. Please observe speed limit signs.

*      No emptying wastewater except into drains

*      Do not leave trash outside your camper. Please do not discard cigarette butts outside.

*      Intoxicated or Disruptive persons who are disturbing others will be asked to leave without refund.

*      No cutting of trees for firewood.

*      Registered guests may provide their own individual firepits at their site. All firepits must have a bottom and remain on the concrete at their site.

*      Community Firepit is available for use by all registered guests. Firewood will be supplied at request during office hours.

*      Guests visiting campers must be registered at the office.

*      Propane tank filling is available during office hours.

*      Laundry and showers are open 24/7 and are located downstairs in the office.

*      The Community Room is located next to the main office. The Community Room is for use by registered guests only and must be reserved at            the office. Reservations are made on a first come first served basis.

*      Thank you for respecting your fellow campers by NOT cutting through their site.

*      Please refrain from using sidewalk chalk on the concrete and roads.

*     BEHAVIOR:  obnoxious or offensive activity, language or behavior carried on at your site or anything done that is considered an annoyance to         the neighborhood could result in your being asked to leave the resort.

 

Pets

*      The Dog Run area is for registered guests only. Please check with other dog owners before turning your dog loose in Dog Run. Not all dogs           play well together.

*      Please clean up after your pet. Pet potty bag stations are provided throughout the park.

*      Pets must be kept on a leash. No excessive barking to disturb others. Pets are not to be left unattended at any time.

*      Pets are not allowed on the playground or in the pool area.

Swimming Pool

*      No Lifeguard on duty, Swim at your own risk.

*      Pool hours are 9:00 am – 10:00 pm - Guests must observe all posted pool rules.

*      Please stay off the rocks near the pool area.

*      NO PETS in the pool area.

*      Children 14 & under must be attended by an adult.

Lake

*      Lake use is for registered guests only.

*      All fishing is Catch and Release. Let’s help everyone enjoy the thrill of hooking the big one!

*      Arkansas Game and Fish requires all guests fishing to have a current fishing license.

*      Please do not block the Lake Trail while fishing.

Cancellation Policy

For Campsites: 

• 2+ WEEKS: Full refund less $25.00 Cancellation fee. 

• 1+ WEEK: 50% of reservation forfeited. 

• LESS THAN 1 WEEK: Full reservation forfeiture. 

 

Refund Policy: Refunds are prohibited for weather conditions, voluntary departures, acts of nature or evictions. Any refund processed will be refunded in the same form that it was originally paid. All refunds processed via credit/debt cards will be processed back to original credit/debt card used.  No exceptions. 

No show policy: Reservations will be held until check-in time on the day following your scheduled  arrival. No shows will result in Full Forfeiture of funds.
