Cancellation Policy

Stays less than 28 nights
Cancelling your reservation on the day of or within 7 days prior to arrival will result in no refund.
Cancelling your reservation 10 or more days will receive a full refund minus a $15 processing fee.  

Stays more than 28 nights
Cancelling your reservation on the day of or within 14 days prior to arrival wil result in a $100 processing.
Cancelling your reservation 15 to 30 days in advance will receive a full refund minus a $50 processing fee.  
Cancellations 31 or more days will receive a full refund minus a $15 processing fee.
