Cancellation Policy

STAYS LESS THAN 27 DAYS OR LESS

Cancellations made 72 hours or more before the 1st day of your reservation will result in a cancellation fee of $100 with the balance being refunded to the credit card on file.  If requested by the guest at the time of cancellation, instead of a partial refund, a credit for the partial deposit may be given as a camp credit good for 1 year from the first day of your reservation and will be subject to a $20 administration fee

Cancellations made less than 72 hours' notice before the1st day of your reservation will receive a 50% refund of the deposit paid, subject to a minimum $100 fee.  If requested by the guest at the time of cancellation, a credit equal to the deposit will be given as a credit. 

Refunds or credits are not given for guests wanting to leave early and are already at our park.

Credits are valid for up to 12 months from the originally scheduled reservation and any credits not used within the 12-month holding period will be forfeited.

NOTICE - EVACUATION ORDERS / TRAVEL BANS: In the event of EVACUATION ORDERS and/or TRAVEL BANS imposed by the Province of B.C. or the Canadian Federal Government which prevent you from traveling to our park during your reservation period and provided you notify Peachland RV Park in writing of your cancellation, Peachland RV Park will provide you with a full refund less a $20 processing fee, or a 100% credit towards a future reservation.  Other advisories issued by the Province of B.C. or the Canadian Federal Government, such as an Evacuation Alert or a Travel Advisory are not valid reasons for receiving a full refund and are subject to our standard Cancellation Policy.
