Cancellation Policy

Transient Stays (stay less than 28 nights)
Cancelling your reservation on the day of or 7 days in advance of your stay will result in no refund. Cancelling your reservation 8 to 14 days in advance of your stay, you will be refunded half of your total stay. Cancellations 15 or more days will receive a full refund minus a $15 processing fee.  

Cancellation for 29 or more nights
Cancellation 0-30 day in advance of your stay no refunds. Cancellation 31+ days in advance of your stay will receive a full refund minus a $25 processing fee.
