Terms & Conditions

All guests, regardless of time spent, must read, and always abide by rules. Failure to do so may result in expulsion or legal action. By entering you acknowledge that you have read and agree to all rules, including to hold Pekin Ferry and its agents in the case of injury, death or damage/loss of property, harmless and at no fault. This park may also be subject to unexpected closures for weather or flooding.

1.      No Glass allowed out of site, no exceptions, please restrict use at site.

2.      All Washington state laws are observed in this park.

3.      Day visitors from dawn until dusk for $10 day per vehicle.

 Exceptions for river access may be granted upon request and written approval.

4.      CHECK IN 1PM - CHECK OUT IS 11AM.

5.      Quiet hours 11pm to 7am.

6.      Between the weekends of Memorial Day and Labor Day the maximum stay is 13 days. Longer stays require written agreement.

7.      All guests must make a reservation online or in writing and must pay applicable usage fees upon entry.

8.      Alcohol, tobacco and cannabis must be used responsibly and respectfully in accordance with state and local laws; usage limited to guest site. Intoxicated individuals will be asked to leave or stay at their site. Drunk drivers will be reported.

9.      Rude, disrespectful, or discriminatory behavior such as violence, yelling or derogatory comments are not allowed.

10.  Swimming and river access is at your own risk. Children under 16 are required to wear PFD and must be supervised by an adult at all times.

11.  Playground use is at own risk. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.

12.  Fireworks are prohibited, except during legally allowed times in designated area.

13.  Pets must remain leashed and controlled at all times. Pet waste must be picked up promptly.

14.  Do not feed or interact with wildlife beyond observation. Do not disturb vegetation in greenspaces and garden areas. Hunting is not permitted.

15.  Please pack out what you pack in.

16.   Campfires allowed in designated firepits unless a burn ban is in effect.

17. Please use portable restrooms responsibly, bathrooms are for guest use only.
