Terms & Conditions
Pine Acres Golf & RV Resort
The following Terms and Conditions apply to every reservation:

Check In/Check Out Times: Check in time is 2:00 pm for all campsites and 3:00 pm for cabin rentals. Check-out time for all campsites and cabins is 12:00 NOON. There is a $5 per hour early check-in or late check out fee based on availability. All guests must
register at the front office. As a registered guest (and every in your party) you acknowledge the acceptance of all the rules and policies in the terms and conditions.

Visitors and Guests: All visitors staying for a few hours, the day or overnight must register at the main office upon your arrival. A daily vistor’s fee of $5 will be charged. Overnight guests will be charged at $10 per night. Daily visitors must not enter property before 9:00 am and must exit the property by 11:00 pm. As a registered visitor of Pine Acres Golf & RV Resort, you acknowledge the acceptance of all the rules and policies in
the terms and conditions.

Golf Course: Registered golfers have access to the golf course and golf cart paths during normal golf hours of play only. Should you wish to play golf, give us a call or stop at the Clubhouse to see if there is availability and we'll get you going! Pine Acres Golf & RV Resort is not liable for golf ball damage to persons or personal property. Access is prohibited on the Golf Course after dark.

Campfires & Firewood: All fires must be contained in fire ring ONLY. All campfires and members must be put out at the end of the evening or when leaving your campsite area. Firewood may be purchased at the general store/office/clubhouse.

Alcohol: Alcohol is permitted in the campground under the following circumstances:  (a) you must be of legal drinking age of the state of PA, (b) you do not walk the campground with open containers, (c) no excessive drinking, rowdiness, loudness, vulgarity, driving under the influence or creating a disturbance. Any of these will result in the eviction of the campground without any refund to your site. 

Pets: We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone whose pet is NOT considered suitable to the serenity/safety of our guests or the camp. All pets must be registered at the office upon arrival. Pets must be on a leash suitable to control the animal. The pet owner is responsible for pet clean-up and pet behavior at all times. Loud, unnecessary barking will not be tolerated. Pets are not to be left alone for extended periods of time. Guests should carry proof of pets' current vaccinations. **Pets are prohibited in resort buildings and amenity areas, please see section below for Service Animals. Pine Acres Golf & RV Resort is  not responsible for and will hold accountable pet owner for any injury or damage caused by pet(s). There is a $15 fee for pets in cabin rentals per stay.

**Allowed Service Animals: Only trained service dogs, as defined by the ADA, are permitted in the resort buildings and amenity areas. Emotional support animals, therapy animals, or any other types of animals are not considered service animals and are not allowed. Guests accompanied by a service animal must ensure that the animal is under control at all times and remains on a leash or harness. Guests are responsible for the care and supervision of their service animal. We reserve the right to refuse entry to any service animal that poses a direct threat to the health and safety of others or is not under the control of its handler.

Quiet Hours: Quiet Time hours are between 11:00pm – 8:00am. Loud music or objectionable noise is not allowed at any time. Inconsiderate  guests will be evicted from the resort. Guests violating rules that result in eviction will not receive any refunds for their stay. In addition, all children  must be on their campsite and in the company of their parents, guardians, or another responsible adult. 

 

Fireworks/Firearms: Fireworks and firearms are not permitted on the campground premise at any time. (Including the 4th of July weekend).

Bicycles: Bicycles and E-Bikes are permitted on the premise. Bike riding after dusk is not permitted. Please ensure all bikes are stored back at your campsite. Children under 12 are required to wear a helmet. Pine Acres Golf & RV Resort is not liable for any injuries or accidents caused by the bicycles or any person riding the bike.

Rental Golf Carts: Carts may only be operated by licensed drivers 16 and over with current, valid driver’s license. A copy of all golf cart operators drivers licenses must be provided to the office in order to operate a golf cart. Do not leave keys in the golf cart
unattended. Do not allow passengers to stand while the golf cart is moving. Golf carts are not to leave the campground, road, office area. No golf carts deemed for the campground rental are allowed on the golf course. Pine Acres Golf & RV Resort is not
liable for any injuries or accidents caused by golf carts or persons driving or riding in the golf cart.

Speed Limit: For the safety of you, our children, and pets, please follow the Speed Limit of 5 mph. Drive with caution and be alert.

Privacy: Upon entering our Pine Acres Golf & RV Resort, you consent to allowing us to use your voice and name in photos, videos and any media. Consent is for free and at no time will you be compensated for the photo, video, names, etc. 

Reservations: All reservations are to be paid in full at the time of booking. Holiday Weekend Reservations: Holiday weekends are two nights minimum and include Memorial Day weekend, July 4th weekend, Labor Day weekend. The entire reservation will be charged at the time the reservation is made. 

 

Cancellations: Campsites - Minimum 7 day notice prior to date of arrival for campsites, 14 day notice prior to arrival dates required for Holiday weekends. The deposit will be refunded minus a $20 cancellation fee. Cabin Rentals - Minimum 14 day notice prior to arrival date required, 21 days notice prior to arrival dates for Holiday weekends. The deposit will be refunded minus a $30 cancellation fee. There will be no refund if less than required notice. Reservation deposits paid less than 7 days prior to arrival for campsites, and 14 days prior to arrival for Rentals are non refundable.

No Shows: No refunds or credits will be given for a no show. If you fail to show up by noon on the day after your scheduled arrival, the sites will revert back to the campground to be rebooked. No refunds due to discomforts of nature, weather, illness, work schedules, early departures or other events beyond the campground’s control.

Waste Disposal: Campers are responsible for preventing all wastewater (“grey” and “black” water) from running onto the surface of the ground. No effluent of any type will be allowed to run into any natural drains or water bodies. Contents of holding tanks and portable toilets must be removed from the Property and/or disposed of properly.

Campground Liability: Pine Acres Golf And RV Resort LLC d/b/a Pine Acres Golf &; RV Resort, its officers, and employees are not responsible for any injury or damage due to wind, water, fire, ice, theft, accident or the negligence of you or others. 

Rule Changes: We have the right to update, add or alter any rule or policy at any given time.
