Refund Policy

Refund Policy:

No refunds for holiday reservations. Memorial/4th of July/Labor Day. (per site/rental)

Cancellations made 14 days or more prior to check-in date will receive a refund less a $30 handling fee. (per site/rental)

Cancellations made within 6-14 days prior to check-in are non-refundable; however, your account will receive a credit less a $30 handling fee. No cash refunds. (per site/rental)

Cancellations within 5 days or less prior to check-in are non-refundable. No exceptions. (per site/rental)

Golf Cart Cancellations made 14 days or more prior to check-in date will receive a refund less a $10 handling fee. (per cart rental)

No-Show reservations will be automatically canceled at 8am the day after expected arrival. No refund for No-Show reservations. (per site/rental)

$100 rental deposit will be refunded within 5 days after check-out if no damage or pet violations in rentals. (per cabin/camper/park model rental) 

If you need to cancel please call the office at 715-787-4555 or cancel online at Campspot. 

There will be no refunds after you have checked in, for inclement weather, failure to follow the Rules & Regulations or disorderly conduct.  Manager/Owner reserves the right to have discretion on all refunds.
