  • Please note - Forms of payment we accept are:  Venmo, Cash or Credit Card with 4% surcharge.
  • HOLIDAYS (Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day and Columbus Day) ARE NON-REFUNDABLE
  • Please make sure that your RV/Camper/Travel Trailer, etc. will fit on the site when you are booking.
  • ***PLEASE NOTE: ANY changes made to the original reservation within our cancellation policy no refund period, NO REFUND WILL BE GIVEN.
  • Pine Hollow Campground is not responsible if you are relocated or cannot be accommodated due to the incorrect site being booked online!
  • If camper has not called  or arrived within 24 hours of scheduled reservation, the campsite will be put back in the inventory and re-rented.
  • No charging of electric vehicles.

WAIVER

I acknowledge that I wish to utilize and enjoy the premises known as Pine Hollow Campground and its natural surroundings, including I am aware that outdoor activities (such as swimming and hiking) and the use of any equipment, shelter, or other facilities (including, for example, tents, campfires, grills, etc.) can be hazardous. I am also aware that natural occurrences (such as lightning, high winds, rainstorms, and flash floods) and wildlife (such as bears, snakes, and Yellow Jackets) can be unpredictable and dangerous, and that consuming animals, vegetation, water, and other substances found on or around the Premises can be harmful. I acknowledge that I have reviewed and agree to Pine Hollow Campground’s Rules and Policies and that I will abide by all rules and policies. I hereby assume all risks of injury, loss of life, and damage to persons or property (including pets). I further release, indemnify, and hold harmless the owners of the Pine Hollow, including without limitation Pine Hollow Campground, as well as their owners & employees, from and against any & all liabilities, claims, demands, costs, losses, expenses, or compensation of whatever nature in connection with any loss, damage, or injuries to persons & property caused or sustained by me, family members, my guests, or pets.

VT Health Department rules require us to inform you that a lifeguard or other responsible person DOES NOT supervise the pond at Pine Hollow Campground, swimming is at your own risk and you are also fully responsible for supervising and the safety and well-being of any minor in your party. Your participation in any water activity is done at your own risk and you agree to assume all risks and responsibilities for the safety and supervision of any minor children in your party. An adult, 18 years or older must be present when minors are participating in any water activities in the pond THERE IS NO SUBSTITUTE FOR ADEQUATE SUPERVISION. This Liability Waiver and Indemnity is binding on me, my heirs, agents, personal representatives, successors, assigns, and other persons acting or purporting to act on my behalf. My estate or I will reimburse the Owners for any and all costs and attorneys' fees in defending any lawsuits or claims filed by me or on my behalf. I have read the Liability Waiver and agree to be bound by and adhere to all Pine Hollow Campground Rules and Policies on behalf of myself and anyone in my party.

RELEASE OF LIABILITY AND RENTAL WAIVER

1. Pine Hollow Campground, grants permission to use Rental Equipment, owned and stored on the campground premises, during the rental period. In return, the renter agrees:

a. To assume full responsibility during the Rental Period for the risk of any and all inquiries and/or damages that may be sustained by renter or by any other person authorized by Renter in connection with the use of the Rental Equipment, or if unauthorized use is due to negligence of Renter, and hereby remises, releases, and forever discharges Pine Hollow Campground, their assign, and legal representatives, from any actions, claims, damages, suits, or judgments resulting from arising out of, or in any way relating to the use of the Rental Equipment.

b. To indemnify Pine Hollow Campground, for any and all loss, liability, damage or cost that Pine Hollow Campground may incur excluding that relating to normal wear and tear, as a result of the above-described permission.

c. Agree that the parents(s) and/or legal guardians of the participant should inspect the facilities and equipment being used. If the parent of guardian feels anything is unsafe, please inform any management employee at Pine Hollow Campground, and refuse to participate.

2. I acknowledge and fully understand that I will be engaging in activities that may involve risk of serious injury. Further, that may be other risks not known to us or not reasonably foreseeable at this time.

3. I assume all the foregoing risks and accept personal responsibility for the damages following such injury, permanent disability or death.

4. I acknowledge and fully understand that each camper participant that will be engaging in any activities will be held responsible if any damages occur or any rented items are not returned and not returned in the condition in which they left.

5. I acknowledge and fully understand that each camper participant under the age of 12 that will be engaging in any activities including and must be supervised at all times and any participant under the age of 18 must be accompanied by the lake area. The parent(s) and/or guardian must assume full responsibility and liability for any damages, injury or death that may occur, even if they are not present. Pine Hollow Campground and/ or their employees are not responsible for children left unattended.

6. I release, waive, discharge and covenant not to sue Pine Hollow Campground, and/or their respective employees, owners and lessors of premises used to conduct any activities, all of which are hereinafter referred to the "releases", from any and all claims, demands, losses or damages on account of injury, including death and damage to property, causes or alleged to be caused in whole or in part by the negligence of the releases or otherwise.

7.  Campground has mature maple trees throughout the facility.  Campground is not responsible to damage due to tree limbs falling on campers.  Campground is not responsible due to camper damage during inclement weather.  Campground is not responsible for any damage due to trees and/or tree limbs falling, wind damage, hurricanes, straight line winds, tornado, Storms, floods, forces of nature or acts of God.

WARNING! Under Vermont State Law, a person who participates in recreational activity shall assume all risks inherent with such activity. This activity listed is, by it’s very nature, a potentially hazardous activity. While every attempt is made to insure that the product provided is correct, up to date and safe, it is never a substitute for your better judgment. Reckless and careless use of our rental equipment will not be tolerated. Rental equipment use may be terminated without refund, if abuse, reckless or careless use is observed.

7. Photograph & Video Release - I hereby acknowledge that Pine Hollow Campground, might use my photos and likeness in all forms and media for advertising purposes. I understand I am entitled to no compensation. I release the photographer from all forms of claims and liability related to my photo usage. I hereby waive any right to inspect or approve the finished photos that may be used in conjunction therewith or me eventual use that it might be applied. I hereby certify that I am the parent and/or guardian of the Minor campers/participants, registered on my site. I further certify the subject(s) is an infant/minor under the age of eighteen years. I hereby consent that any photographs, which have been taken, may be used by the photographer for the purposes set forth in original release hereinabove.

8.  If you have pets that are traveling with you: I agree: (1) my pet(s) must be current with all required shots and immunizations and will carry with me the record of required immunizations,(2) my pet(s) must be on a leash at all times, (3) the maximum of pets per site are 2, 4- I agree to keep my pet(s) with me and will not leave the pet(s) in the unit unattended, especially after 10pm, (5)  to clean up after my pet(s) or be charged a fee, (6) to prevent noise or any other disturbance by my pet, in the interest of other guests, (7)  that barking, biting, and other harmful nuisances will not be tolerated, (8) should disturbances create complaints, at discretion of management I agree to make arrangements to house my pet elsewhere outside of the campground, (9) Should there be any harm caused by my pet I take full responsibility to the maximum extent and campground will not be liable, (10) and understand early departure due to an issue with my pet will not be refunded.  If your dog’s barking becomes a nuisance to neighbors or is aggressive towards other dogs or people, it is at management’s discretion to ask you to leave the Campground with no refund.

I AGREE TO COMPLY WITH ALL CAMPGROUND RULES & REGULATIONS: This property is privately owned. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone and will not be responsible for loss of money or valuable of any kind.

I agree to pay any additional charges left on my campground account; charges may include but are not limited to rental equipment, any item(s) purchased in the campground office, late departure, any damage(s) to campground property. If fees/charges are not paid before my departure, I consent to have this fee (if applicable) charged without notification.

I HAVE READ THE ABOVE WAIVER AND RELEASE, AND UNDERSTAND THAT I HAVE GIVEN UP SUBSTANTIAL RIGHTS BY SIGNING IT AND I SIGN IT VOLUNTARILY.

PINE HOLLOW CAMPGROUND RULES AND POLICIES

Campground Safety is the top priority at Pine Hollow Campground. All campers MUST follow the rules and policies as well as use common sense. Pine Hollow Campground reserves the right to amend rules at any time.

·         ALL campers must check in at the office prior to entering the campground.

·         The speed limit in the campground is 5 MPH FOR ALL VEHICLES AT ALL TIMES.

·         Office hours are 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. 

·         Children must be supervised at all times.

·         No bike riding after dark

           NO electric vehicle charging

·         No smoking in any of the park buildings or the playground. Please dispose of your cigarette butts properly (NOT ON THE GROUND)

·         Washing vehicles and campers at the campground is prohibited.

·         NO off-road vehicles orgolf carts are permitted on the premises (mini bikes, UTV, ATV, 4 wheelers, etc.)

·         This is a family friendly park. Disturbing others, disorderly conduct, fighting or obscene language may result in eviction.

·         We have chosen to designate our park a drug free property. The use of any recreational drugs, legal or otherwise, is prohibited.  If the use of any drug is brought to our attention, it  will result in immediate departure of your party with no refund.  Under Vermont Law, consumption of cannabis, legal or otherwise, is prohibited in a place of public accommodation.  18 V.S.A.4230a.

IT IS A VIOLATION OF VERMONT HEALTH REGULATIONS TO DUMP WASTE WATER ON THE GROUND

CHECK IN/CHECK OUT - UPON ARRIVAL, EVERYONE MUST CHECK IN AT THE OFFICE

·         Check in time is 1:00 PM or later, check out time is no later than 11:00 AM.

·         If early check is available the rate is $3 per hour prior to 1:00. 

·         There is a late check out fee of $5 per hour past 11:00 am, that will automatically be charged to your credit card. 

·         We allow campers to check in until 9 PM.

GUESTS

All day guests must check in at the office upon arrival. Guests will be charged $3 per person for a daily visitor (must leave by 10 p.m.)  and $6 per visitor for overnight.

SWIMMING

·         Swimming is at your own risk, there are NO lifeguards on duty, as posted.

·         ALL children must be supervised at ALL times.

·         NO swimming after dark.

PETS

·         We allow 2 pets max per site, There is an additional pet fee for more than 2 pets at discretion of management.

·         PETS MUST BE KEPT ON A LEASH AT ALL TIMES. 

·         Pets MAY NOT be left unattended at the campsite.

·         Picking up your dog’s waste immediately is mandatory or you will be charged a fee of $25

·         Pets are not allowed in any of the bath house.

·         Noisy pets, failure to keep your pet on a leash or failure to pick up after your pet could result in a request to remove your pet from the premises.

·         Aggressive pets will not be tolerated and will be required to leave the premises.

·         All pet owners should have, in their possession, current copy of their pet’s rabies certificate.

QUIET TIME IS STRICTLY ENFORCED

·         QUIET TIME is 10:00 pm to 7:00 am. 

·         Voices carry in the still of the night, please be respectful and mindful of your late night and early morning routes as we want every camper's stay to be a fun and relaxing experience.

GARBAGE

·         ALL garbage is to be placed in the dumpster or recycling bins.

·         DO NOT dispose of large items (including, but not limited to TVs, air conditioners, refrigerators, electronics, furniture, rugs, mattresses, etc.) in the dumpsters, you will be charged an extra trash pickup fee. 

·         PLEASE KEEP OUR PARK CLEAN!

BATH HOUSE

·         Please help us keep the restrooms & bathhouses clean and ready to use by others by picking up after yourself.

·         ONLY flush toilet paper, NO sanitary napkins, diapers, wipes, paper towels AS THIS WILL CLOG the septic system and the bath house will be out of use for everyone.

·         Dishes and clothing may not be washed in showers or bathroom sinks.

·         Children under 10 must be accompanied by an adult while using the restrooms.

·         If a problem is found in any of the restrooms, please report it to the office immediately for corrective action.

CAMPSITES/CAMPFIRES

·         Each campsite is allowed a maximum of four people, there will be a $3 charge for each additional person,

·         Campsite boundaries are utility pedestal to utility pedestal. Please respect other campers’ sites and refrain from crossing others campsites unless permission has been granted. Please stay on roads and designated paths throughout the grounds.

·         Please be responsible when having a campfire and keep campfire contained to a fire ring only. Campfires should be extinguished before retiring for the night and should never be left unattended. Fire rings are not to be used for garbage cans – only newspaper, kindling and firewood should be burned in the fire ring. Please do not move the fire rings, we do not want multiple burnt spots on the sites.

·         Put everything back: If you moved the picnic table, or other items on the site, move them back. And, if you created holes or trenches fill these in, they can be dangerous for new campers

·         Please keep your campsite clean during your stay and leave the campsite in same condition you found it in when you arrived.

·         Maximum of 2 cars per site.

WIFI

·         Wifi is available at no charge throughout the park.

·         There is no password required.

·         Wifi is intended for web browsing, check emails and other low band width activities. 

·         We do not guarantee there will be access for everyone as we are in a wooded area and the ability to connect may be different for everyone.

FIREWOOD

·         Per Vermont law, firewood must be purchased in-state unless it is heat treated and a certificate verifying such is provided. To protect our trees and surrounding woods please do not transport untreated firewood from out of state.

·         We do have firewood available to purchase at $9 per bag, after hours there is an honor box next to the office door that you may utilize to purchase firewood after hours.

 

CANCELLATION  POLICY - HOLIDAYS (MEMORIAL DAY, 4TH OF JULY, LABOR DAY, COLUMBUS DAY) ARE NON-REFUNDABLE

PLEASE READ IN FULL TO MAKE YOURSELF AWARE OF THIS CANCELLATION POLICY.

**CANCELLATION POLICY  ALL reservations made for Holidays are Non-Refundable**

1 - 13 days reserved - 21 day notice for cancellation - ANY and ALL cancellations/changes will incur a the cost of one night's stay -  cancellation fee.  Cancellations/changes must be made more than 21 days prior to the date of check in, in order to receive a refund less the one night's stay.   If cancellation/change is made 21 days or less to the date of check in, there is no refund.

14-20 days reserved  –  60 days notice for cancellation - ANY and ALL cancellations/changes will incur a 20% cancellation fee for NON-SEWER site, 50% cancellation fee for SEWER sites.  Cancellations/changes must be made more than 60 days prior to the date of check in, in order to receive the applicable refund less the cancellation fee.  If cancellation/change is made 60 days or less to the date of check in, there is no refund.   

21 days or more reserved - 90 day notice for cancellation - ANY and ALL cancellations/changes will incur a 20% cancellation fee for a NON-SEWER site, 50% cancellation fee for SEWER sites. fee.  Cancellations/changes must be made more than 90 days prior to the date of check in, in order to receive the applicable refund less the cancellation fee.  If cancellation/change is made 90 days or less of the date of check in, there is no refund.

If  multiple  sites  are  booked,  the  cancellation  fee  and  policy applies  to  each  site  that is  cancelled.  

NO REFUNDS  for no call/no show, inclement weather or conditions beyond our control, early departure, change of plans or last minute changes, State of Emergency, Pandemic.

You  are  responsible  to  pay  for  any  damages  caused  by  yourself,  guest  or  visitor  in  your  party.
