Cancellation Policy

Guests have 48 hours after booking to cancel their stay and receive a full refund.  No refunds will be provided 48 hours after reservation is made.

Unexpected events happen and here at Pine Island we understand that.  At booking, guests can purchase Worry-Free Cancellations Add-on that allows guests to cancel their reservation up to 72 hours prior to the beginning of the reservation for any reason.  Guests would receive a full refund less the Worry-Free Cancellation Add-on.  

 This does not apply to Holiday reservations ( Christmas, Thanksgiving, Easter, Memorial Day, Labor Day, Independence Day and Spring Break). 

No refunds will be provided within 72 hours of the start of the reservation through the end of the reservation.

We highly encourage you to consider adding this option to your booking to safeguard your investment and alleviate any concerns about potential cancellations. With worry-free cancellations, you can rest assured knowing that your camping experience is protected, regardless of unforeseen circumstances.
