Pine Park RV Campground and Pavilion Policies:
Campground Policies:
· Welcome to Pine Park! We are a family orientated park in the Southern Adirondack region of New York State.
· In case of EMERGENCY, Dial 911. When requested, advise dispatcher that you are located in Pine Park, 23 Pine Street, Broadalbin. Please activate your flashers on your motorhome or other vehicle and let dispatcher know you have activated them so emergency responders can find your site.

Pine Park has online self-check in. We don't have an office. We have a camp host, Lee, on site 30 from mid May until Labor Day. He is available to answer questions while you are at the park. Otherwise please call 518-774-2264 and speak to Donna.
*Please note: 3% processing fee is added to credit card payments. Seasonal campers may mail deposit and balance by check to Pine Park Rentals, PO BOX 217, Broadalbin NY 12025. Cash payments may be paid by appointment at the campground.
· SPEED LIMIT IS 5 MPH as soon as you leave Pine Street and enter the parking lot and the park. Safety is our #1 priority. Exceeding this will result in a warning. Multiple warnings will require us to ask you to leave, with no refund.
· Being a family-oriented park, we do not allow loud, vulgar, and rude behavior. Campers/guests will be asked to leave the park, no refund.
· DO NOT CUT THROUGH OTHER SITES.
· QUIET HOURS 10 PM – 8 AM.
· PUBLIC BATH HOUSE: open 24/7 except when being cleaned. Please help keep the restrooms clean. Children 12 or under must be accompanied by an adult.
· Any motorized vehicles including motorized bikes, scooters, ATV’s, golf carts MUST have proper insurance before use on the campground.
· VISITORS – You are responsible for your visitors. Visitor hours are 9:00 am to 10:00 pm. Visitors may not Bring their Pets!
· ALCOHOL – While we do not prohibit alcoholic beverages, we do ask you to drink in moderation. No alcoholic beverages may be removed from your site unless covered by a can huggie or bottle cover of some type.
· PETS – Pets are welcome in our park however we do enforce our pet policy. Pets are not permitted in buildings or pavilion area. All pets must be vaccinated and up to date, with documentation available if asked. Limit of 2 pets per site.
- All pets must be on a six-foot leash and cannot be left outside unattended at any time. No pet may be tied to a tree.
- Uncontrolled barking will result in your being asked to leave the park without refund.
- Please be kind to your neighbors by keeping your pets quiet and cleaning up after them.
· LAUNDRY – There is a 24-hour laundromat located near the entrance to the park.
· Bicycles – Must be off the roads by dusk! Children must wear helmets as required by New York State Law.
· Pavilion – The Pavilion may be rented out from time to time. If it is in use, please respect those individuals using the facility.

There is no parking in the roadway or grass in the area around the Pavilion with the exception of loading or unloading equipment, food, etc.
· Electric vehicles are not to be charged on site at Pine Park RV Campground. The electrical service cannot accommodate this service.
· This campground only accepts seasonal reservations for RV and Travel Trailer that are no more than 15 years old. Pine Park RV Campground reserves the right to accept or reject any RV or Travel Trailer. This is a new policy as of 2024. Prior seasonal customers are grandfathered in, at the discretion of Pine Park RV Campground owner.
· Check in Time: 2:00 PM
· Check Out Time: 11 AM
· No early check in or late check out.
· NO OPEN FIRES – Fires are allowed in firepit or fire ring.
· Parking: 2 Vehicles allowed per site (includes boats, motorcycles, wave runners, etc.) Do not park on sites you did not register for.
· Storage of items is not allowed under or around your RV. One portable Shed is allowed, space permitted. No hanging items from trees, all sites are to be kept neat and clean for the duration of your stay.
· Firewood is available for sale near the kitchen building, across from the Pavilion. There is a box for payment.
· Seasonal Campers may wash their RV once after arrival. Additional washing is available after paying a $5 Fee. Payment can be put in the box near the Firewood For Sale area.
· Trash: Please use the dumpster for bagged household trash only. Please DO NOT dispose of any appliances, TV’s, motor oil, tires, cooking oil, wires, furniture, mattresses, or toxic/hazardous waste items.
· Cancellation Policy:
When full payment is made ahead of time, 7 days cancellation notice is required for a refund (minus service fees). Deposits are non-refundable. Seasonal Campers: Deposits are non-refundable.
Pavilion Policies:
Welcome to Pine Park Pavilion!
· PAVILION USE IS FROM 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM
· SPEED LIMIT IN THE PROPERTY AS SOON AS YOU GET OFF OF PINE STREET IS 5 MPH. Please share this information with your guests.
· A non-refundable deposit of $100 will be made at booking. The remaining balance is due the Monday before the event. Payments can be mailed to Pine Park Rentals, PO BOX 217, Broadalbin NY 12025 or dropped off at campsite in the tiny house drop box near the entrance. All questions can be directed to Donna at 518-774-2264. Cancellation policy is 7 day notice for a refund of funds paid above the deposit.
· Parking is available in the open field to the left of the pavilion.
· No pets allowed on site by pavilion guests.
· The person(s) booking the event will be personally responsible for the care and use of the property, any theft or damage to Pine Park Pavilion property and equipment, and their guests.
· No one under 21 years of age shall be served alcoholic beverages from others present at the event.
· There is a utility kitchen near the pavilion that is available for use. It has a refrigerator, Blackstone grill, coffee maker, sink. We ask that all of the appliances and the kitchen be cleaned before you leave.
· There are picnic tables and garbage cans on site for your use. Please return picnic tables to their original positions.
· Please place full garbage bags in the nearby dumpster. Do not place unbagged trash in the dumpster.
· The horseshoe pit is available for use if no one else is using it. It is for campers use also.
· Please keep restrooms picked up during use of pavilion.
